On my first visit, I needed new brakes and tires for my X3. Carlos was very helpful with explaining the process. All BMW OEM parts. On my second visit, my service engine oil light came on and since I was out of warranty, I came here. I reached out to them in the morning and within two hours I was at the shop and they were working on my car. They reset all the lights too. Much less expensive than going to the dealership. Honest work with integrity at this place. As a female, I like to learn about my vehicles and they were happy to explain any maintenance. I will not hesitate to come here again. Thank you!

These guys are absolute beasts — they completely broke all the stereotypes. I have a 2023 BMW X7 that I’m getting ready for winter. I bought 20-inch wheels, winter tires, and TPMS sensors. I went to two tire shops in Westwood, and neither of them could handle the job. At the first shop Big Brand Tire & Service, they quoted me $270. 🤯🤯 At Pep Boys, the price was ok, but they said they don’t work with TPMS sensors on European cars. These guys did everything: — installed the wheels — installed and programmed the sensors — checked the alignment And all of that for a good price! 👍 I highly recommend these guys. Absolute pros. Ask for the manager Fernando Alvidrez — say hi to him. He’s the best.😎

First of all, they're great. I bought four Michelins for my 2025 BMW iX yesterday. Went in last Friday and ordered them, they called, I went in and they put them on while I waited. Smooth as could be. Great bunch of people, good prices and great service. The reviews I read were spot on. I'll definitely go back when I need another set of tires and also recommend them to anyone who asks. I can see why they've been in business since the last century. If you need tires or any tire service, go there.

Had a really great experience at Westcoast Tire & Service. I brought in my GLB 35 AMG for an oil change and inspection, and everything was smooth and professional. Pricing was very fair, which I really appreciated. The shop itself is well-organized, and the waiting lounge was especially nice and comfortable while I waited. You can tell they take pride in their place. Most importantly, with the professional technicians they have, made me feel confident leaving my car in their hands, and it’s clear why they have such a good reputation. Overall, great service, honest pricing, and a solid team. Definitely coming back and highly recommend! 🫡💯

THE BEST! Been to West Coast Tire a ton of times over the past 12yrs - always courteous FAST & do a wonderful job! Had a tire patched & diagnostics on a check engine light - waited and they HAVE THE BEST COFFEE IN THEIR LOUNGE!!! Done & fixed as good as new in under an hour! Very happy. Thanks Joe 👍

I came in yesterday for a tire patch and overall I really like this place. The staff was friendly, they got me in quickly, and the repair was done fast. I’ve had good experiences here before, which is why I came back. That said, I was a little surprised by the $60 charge for a simple patch. I understand businesses have overhead and I’m happy to pay for good service, but that price felt a bit steep for what seemed like a straightforward repair. I’ll probably still return because the service itself was solid, but I do hope the pricing can be a bit more transparent or competitive in the future.

quick, quality service, fair prices, and convenient location near sawtelle. i’ve gotten tires replaced last year, a tire patched this year, and my husband has gotten a full service on his car. we’re really glad to have found this local business. they’re trustworthy guys who do a great job!

WCT&S came highly recommended, and they mostly delivered. Online scheduling was easy, Jesus set up my appointment quickly, and Fernando made check-in a pleasure. The downsides: a 10am appointment didn't wrap up until after 1pm, and my tire rotation was skipped (though not billed). At $122 for an oil change, it's pricier than average — but the quality facility justifies it. Friendly, professional, and convenient — I'll be back.
