I had an absolutely fantastic time on the Warner Brothers Studios and Celebrity Homes tour with Starline. The day started in the morning and wrapped up in the afternoon, and every part of it was seamless. I really enjoyed both activities. Just a heads-up, though: keep an eye on Los Angeles traffic, because if you run late, it can be tricky. Otherwise, everything was just perfect!

Our family took the 1.5 hour Evening Night tour tonight (6/12/26), and Brian was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Right from the beginning, he made the experience feel personal by asking where everyone was from. It was amazing to see him connect a diverse group of people from Germany, the UK, Australia, New Mexico, Indiana, DC, and Illinois right off the bat. Brian knows exactly how to grab an audience's attention and keep it. His energy is unmatched, and honestly, the best way to describe him is like a sporadic squirrel darting back and forth from walnuts to pecans to sunflower seeds! It was deeply entertaining, full of life, and kept everyone completely engaged. My daughters were laughing the entire time; he was so fantastic with the kids. Beyond the laughs, he shared some incredible life advice that really resonated with us. You can absolutely feel his passion for travel and his reminder to always be a tourist in your own city. We also loved hearing about his deep love for his wife of 15 years Ms Beverly. His philosophy of mystery dates was so intriguing and gave us a great perspective on how to continue to keep life fun with your partner. The highlight of the trip was catching a breathtaking sunset up at the Griffith Observatory. We truly could not have asked for a better tour guide to show us LA as the city lights came on. If you are booking with Starline, do yourself a favor and ask for Brian!

First time traveler to LA, and couldn’t decide which tour to book. This one seemed to highlight the things I wanted to see, and was a nice 2 hour drive throughout the area. I would have been scared driving through all those curves on the Hollywood hills, but the driver navigating them perfectly, and I felt safe. The tour guide was also very funny and informative. Loved all the movie site info, and The views were amazing! Would book another tour and highly recommend.

The tour was fun and there was a lot to see. I would have given 5 stars if they kept there busses as scheduled. We were stranded in Santa Monica, because the last bus dropped us off!! They did not stick to their own schedule. Buyer beware.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an okay experience with Starline. I’ve used them many times across North America and Europe, but unfortunately, Los Angeles was my worst experience so far. It’s a beautiful city, but one driver really did everything he could to make the Starline experience unpleasant. The Purple Line driver on Sunday afternoon (3:45pm) arrived early and then tried to leave early — nearly leaving us behind! If I hadn’t spoken up to the on-site supervisor at Stop 1 (Hollywood) and asked him to chase down the bus, we would’ve been stranded. That said, I want to recognize two outstanding drivers who went above and beyond: 👏🏿Molly (Purple Line, Saturday) and 👏🏿Robert (Yellow Line, Sunday) — both were professional, friendly, and made the ride enjoyable. Hopefully, Starline can identify and retrain that Sunday Purple Line driver so future guests don’t have the same experience. My family and I are heading to Europe in March — hopefully, we’ll have a better Starline (Hop on Hop Off) experience there!

Booked this trip via Get my guide and glad we did. Had a fantastic evening out with Starlight Tours who made us feel welcome from the start, even showing us the Hollywood sign from the centre next door. Great tour around the sights and sounds of LA Hollywood strip and Griffin Park observatory. This is a must if you're in LA. What stunning views over LA after dark. Full commentary given by the driver of all respective locations and much more. A fantastic couple of hours and worth every penny.

Really cool, a little impersonal since it is a recording via headphones. Understandable, it would be a lot to learn and memorize for an employee. And allows different languages to be understood per customer choice. Not a lot of leg room in between the rows of seats. Pickups were reliable from different hop on and off’s, somewhat of a long wait depending on the stop. I would use this company again, although I have no other similar experiences to compare it to. I wish their hours ran longer at the end of the day because the long pickup times can eat into your exploration time, so begin early if you plan to hop off and on.

Let me tell you - this was the best bargain to see as much of LA surrounding areas in one day! Ride shares are expensive. Traffic SUCKS in LA. The double decker bus was a blast! It is optional for the headphones so you can choose to relax in silence or learn as much as possible about the sights. Hasan was a HUGE help in making sure we bought the right package to get us to Santa Monica Pier. I highly recommend Star LineTours during your stay in LA!
