i came in wanting a change for my hair after box dyeing it for years on my own~ i asked if balayage would work on my half virgin/half brassy orange brown hair.... and sally선생님 was super transparent about the condition of my hair! she promised to go as light as possible but also keep it healthy~ she was super attentive the whole process and super informative as well~ letting me know what was happening each step of the way as i was wary about how my hair would come out due to my fine hair being heavily deposited by all the box dyes. at the end though, i was able to get baby balayage done perfectly! she also cut my hair in a very flattering way at the end and gave me the perfect face framing front layers. and i am so happy with my results ~ my hair is perfect for the summer! (the pictures don't do my hair justice because it's much more brighter and ashier irl) highly recommend sally선생님 for coloring and cuts!! she's the queen of being 꼼꼼해 too !

$470(Holi Highlights $250, Toner $150, Cut $70) I made an appointment with Sally on Monday, and even though it was her day off, she still came into the salon for my appointment. I really appreciated that. She was very nice, caring, and knowledgeable about hair coloring. I had dyed my gray hair by myself, and the color had become uneven, so I needed professional help to correct it. Sally took her time consulting with me, listened carefully to what I wanted, and made a clear plan for my hair. The final color came out nicely, and she was very careful during the bleaching process. She also explained how to take care of my hair afterward, which I appreciated. For reference, I drove from South Bay LA, so it was about a 3-hour round trip for me. My service was full highlights $250, toner $150, and haircut $70. After the consultation, I did ask about the price, but I did not receive a clear full price breakdown before the service started. Later, I was told there was a $40 discount on the toner, and I was not charged for the deep repair conditioner steam treatment, which is normally $100. However, I did not specifically ask for that treatment, so I wish the full pricing and service details had been explained clearly before moving forward. Overall, I appreciate Sally’s time, kindness, and care, and I’m happy with the final color. However, I’m still wondering, if I could get a similar result for a similar price in South Bay, was it really worth driving all the way to LA K-town? For anyone considering a service in K-town, I would recommend asking for a clear price breakdown before the service begins.

I’ve seen her for over five years and I usually see my hair service for coloring and hair cut every two to three months. She is the BEST hair dresser I’ve ever met. She listens very carefully to the requests of the customers on every single point and takes care very well. She is knowledgeable anything related to hair and explains things in detail. She catches the point with good sense, exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend my hairdresser.

I've been going to Cindy and Alex for over 8 years for a straight perm! They do the BEST job. They combine the straight perm with keratin and it gives my hair soo much shine. I have naturally kinky and curly hair and with the treatment my hairs silky straight and even dries straight after the shower.

Sally did my hair and it was AMAZING - for my hair color I went from black virgin hair to a beautiful oat blonde air touch baby balayage. The other photos are espresso baby balayage - also gorgeous! She is patient, super understanding knowledgeable about hair. 10/10 would recommend!
