I first ordered a swatch kit online and was contacted by Kayla for help with my purchase. She was so amazing and helpful! I told her I was looking at the Wilder sofa for a smaller space and the fabrics I was looking at. She sent me a video of the sofa in the showroom and some photos of the different fabrics next to each other. I was nervous to purchase the sofa online without sitting on it but Kayla’s assistance sold me. I actually got a different fabric than originally planned. The sofa arrived yesterday and it’s perfect! The design/sales person at Joybird was a tremendous help. She went through the trouble of taking pictures of the product that we were interested in, showing us different material options from the LA Showroom. She followed up and was able to extend a sale which expired during our transaction!

We had such a great time shopping for our reclinable couch at Joy Bird thanks to Sarah Sim. We had so many questions, wanted to see many color variations and very specifically wanted the right couch for our lounge. Sarah was so patient and took her time with us as; almost 2 hours; always showing sincere interest in what we wanted. We feel so happy that we had such wonderful customer service experience thanks to Sarah 😊

We bought our custom couch at Joybird and had such a great experience. Jazmine helped my husband and me, and she made us feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for instead of trying to upsell us. We even brought our dog, and they were so pet-friendly and welcoming, which meant a lot to us. The manager was incredibly kind, and everyone in the showroom created such a relaxed and positive atmosphere. We never felt pressured to make a decision right away. We were able to take our time, explore different fabrics and styles, ask questions, and truly find the right couch for our home. It felt like they cared more about us loving our purchase long-term than just making a sale. Overall, it was such a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we’re so excited for our custom couch to arrive. My husband and I had had a wonderful experience at Joybird. The store has a beautiful selection of furnishings and the staff was super friendly. Our salesperson was Sara. She was knowledgable and very helpful. We ended up purchasing the Bryant (5 piece sectional) and the Fenton dresser. Our sofa and dresser were delivered in a timely manner. We are so happy with our purchases! The dresser is BEAUTIFUL and we just LOVE our new sofa! It's so comfortable!

I worked with Jazmine at this location. She was super knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. She didn't try to upsell us on anything and we felt zero sales pressure to make a purchase that day. Joybird offered a generous discount on the couch we liked. Extra 50 stars for the pet friendly environment!

I’ve been satisfied with Joybird couches in the past, but my recent rug purchase was very disappointing. The rug appeared red and tan in the online product photos, but when it arrived, the “red” areas were actually hot pink and the “tan” areas looked white. In my opinion, the product photos significantly misrepresented the actual colors. When I contacted the Customer Happiness Team to request a return due to the color discrepancy, they initially pointed to the supplier they source their rugs from. However, once the supplier denied the return, Joybird told me the colors were accurately represented and that my concern was incorrect. I also asked for manager review, but was told the manager agreed with that decision. Joybird said I could still return the rug, but only if I paid their 25% restocking fee, which came out to about $100. Because the return was due to product misrepresentation and not buyer preference, I asked them to waive the fee, but they refused. The restocking fee is so high that it makes returning the rug unreasonable, leaving me effectively stuck with a product that looks very different from what was advertised. Overall, I felt the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I expected better customer service, especially as a returning customer. I wont buy anything on their website in the future, and will be sure to visit a store in person to make sure the product is actually what was advertised.

Fantastic customer service! Sarah S went above and beyond in helping me. I called to find out if I could return a piece if it didn’t work, and when I learned there was a restocking fee I didn’t want to take a chance because I couldn’t tell online if it would work. She suggested I look at the item via a video call w her from the showroom. When I saw it ‘live’ it was clear how perfect it actually was for my space! She also followed up the next day to ensure my order was handled properly and my discount promo from a previous purchase was applied. Personable, kind and competent - a great combination! Thank you!
