The best deep fried fish and shrimp around. We drive from the inland empire to LA for the food, it's that good. Best to dine in as the food is best fresh. Very nice people who work there, always polite. The number 12 combo with rice, beans, and gravy is my favorite. Restrooms unavailable at all unfortunately.

Never been to a place like this before. I got the #10 combo. Pork chop burger steak shrimp fish rice beans and salad and bread. With a fruit punch. I just moved here from Seattle so this place was a trip. nothing about it reminds me of home, which tells me I truly experienced a Los Angeles moment on my way home from work. Glad I stopped. The food was very tasty. The counter service was very polite and offered me an extra shrimp in place of a drink with my combo. The fries were really good, the shrimp were a bit too breaded for the size of the shrimp and a bit too greasy. The shrimp drained a bit in the container and pooled grease, although I did appreciate the shrimp and fries both being cooked fresh and hot. Overall, a good meal. Will visit again and try some other options.

My childhood in a plate. The nostalgia sweeps over me just thinking of this place. To imagine that the taste. The quality. The vibe hasn’t changed. My hats off to the staff they are warm and gracious. You want a taste of LA go here. Order the #1 and enjoy.

Been coming to this location for years. Tried the other location on Washington but it’s NOT the same (I don’t recommend that one) the shrimp is absolutely delicious 😋 with gravy and the tacos, chili fries and teriyaki oh yeah and you have to try there orange bang. You won’t be disappointed.

Know this place since 1995 !! The shrimps and the chilli cheese fríes are the Bomb !!! 🔥🔥🔥 And now my Kids enjoy and love the food !!!

I’ve been going to this place Since my mom was pregnant with me in 1967 and I’m still going there at this point of my life the one in the LA is the original one but now I go to the one in Norwalk I can never stop going here the food is very delicious my favorite is the six piece shrimp plate with rice and fry’s and gravy topping the price is perfect they even have lunch specials during the week the place in Norwalk upgraded their style it’s very pretty inside very nice people ... so for shrimp lover I recommend this place to you guys take your family’s
