I would give them a 0 stars out of 5 if it was possible. Was involved in a major car accident that almost took my life two years ago. They took two years to show me anything, only managing to get $10,000 out of my case. Today I finally received a document stating that I only will receive $1,388 of the $10,000. Billing me a ridiculous amount of money for the medical appointment THEY told me to go. While they keep $4000 of my settlement check. Where do you see the problem there? How in the world did they help me here? They literally pocketed 3x the amount that I would get for my own accident. I paid for my own car to get removed from the tow yard for $400, they told me I was going to see it reimbursed. I was away from work for 3 weeks and never saw any of that money they promised me I was going to see either. I do not believe these people are here to help us. I only see corporate greed here.

I am very thankful for Jessica Martinez, my case manager! She has been very present, responsive, caring, kind, and full of knowledge throughout my time assigned to her with my case!
