Eye Q is incredibly professional and made me feel at ease right away. After a previous bad experience with another optometrist who broke one of my valuable pairs of glasses, I was understandably cautious. Rachel was exceptional—professional, kind, and very careful with my personal glasses. She took my concerns seriously and made sure everything was handled with care. That level of attention and professionalism really stood out to me. I’m very grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend Eye Q. * Upon picking up my glasses Alka( one of the other technician’s) was very helpful with teaching me things about how glasses react with and without lens, to how insurance works with how and who crafts the actual lens, and other various things regarding my glasses, very educational. They take what they do VERY SERIOUSLY. **P.S. -My girlfriend got her glass done there as well with the scratch guard, anti glare, and sapphire transitions and loves them! ***I’ll be bringing my other glasses there to get new lens put in..

We’ve been with EyeQ optometry clinic for over a decade, and our experience has always been excellent. The entire staff is professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They take the time to assist you in finding the perfect eyeglasses that truly suit your needs. Dr. Terian went above and beyond what was required. She provided clear, valuable information that we truly needed to hear and even followed up with a detailed medical report for my husband's eye specialist. That level of care and attention really means a lot. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding service.

I visited Dr.Terian for an eye exam today and she was great! She was thorough, explained everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had a great experience and highly recommend her and this office to anyone looking to get their vision checked. I put it off for so long but am so happy I did it, especially after having such a wonderful experience.

My appointments with Dr. Valenzuela have resulted in my finally having resolved a years long vision issue when I was wearing my contacts. She was determined to find a solution and her professional skill set and tenacity were very much appreciated. Although I am a professional in another field, it was so refreshing to see these attributes in these times. Plus, her natural caring manner and disposition is very evident and that too is much to be appreciated again in these times. Because my issue wasn’t easy to remedy, it took some time and several visits. Never once did she show a tiny bit of exasperation. On the contrary, she wanted me to be both as certain and confident in the solution and exhibited a natural patience too that is rare these days. To conclude, Dr. Valenzuela, not only found a solution to my vision problem with her professional knowledge and skill set, but also made me feel very comfortable, well taken care of, and appreciated as a patient. I had a very positive experience with the eye doctor who examined me. She was pleasant, accommodating, and truly excellent in her care. I would gladly give her 10 stars and recommend her without hesitation. However, my experience afterward was not as positive. When I was selecting my eyeglass frame, the staff member (ELJAY) assisting me made a comment, “You only have $200 for your frame,” which I understood was in reference to my insurance coverage. Unfortunately, the way it was said—right as I was looking at a branded pair—felt abrupt and presumptive. I found the comment somewhat belittling and uncomfortable. I responded by mentioning that I have an FSA card, but the interaction left an impression that I was being judged based on assumptions about my ability to afford certain options. To be fair, once I sat down with him to discuss my prescription glasses, he was professional and explained things clearly when I had questions. Still, I couldn’t shake the initial remark. It made me feel self-conscious and even led me to reflect on my appearance in a way I normally wouldn’t. I wasn’t angry, but I did feel intimidated and slightly discouraged by the experience. I believe all patients should feel comfortable and respected, without assumptions being made about their financial capacity.

Overall the best optometry location out there. Never have had a bad experience for the several times I’ve been there. From the Check in process to the exams to the checkout process. The optometrists are knowledgeable and informative. They take their time to check everything and inform you with every little step which is helpful. They even pause and ask if you have any question with every step before moving forward. This helps to make sure you don’t miss anything and understand everything that is said (some places just say things and you just don’t know what is happening). They ask genuinely care, they don’t want to over proscribe when it’s not needed or even under proscribe to prevent issues or more harm. It’s also great that you can stay in communication over text (or call when needed). This helps stay in communication with the office when you have a hectic schedule. They keep up with the modern times. Overall, fantastic. If you need an optometrist, this is the place to go too!
