This was our second time using this funeral home, and we returned because of the exceptional service we received back in 2013. I can honestly say they were just as compassionate, professional, and supportive this time around. Being from out of town, planning a funeral felt overwhelming, but from our very first phone call with Brianna, we felt at ease. She was incredibly patient, thorough in explaining the packages and services, and took the time to answer every question we had. Like many families, we were not fully prepared for the funeral process, but this funeral home showed so much empathy and flexibility throughout, especially regarding the financial aspect. One thing that truly stood out was how quickly they began communicating with the coroner’s office after we signed the contract, allowing us to begin preparations without immediate financial pressure. They gave us the space to focus on honoring our loved one while helping us stay within what we could realistically afford. That level of understanding made an incredibly difficult time feel much more manageable. Brianna and her team communicated with us efficiently every step of the way. On the day of the services, everything was exceptional — the facility was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Having access to the reception area was such a meaningful touch, especially with family traveling from afar. We were able to provide coffee, pastries, and a warm catered meal for our guests, which made the environment feel even more comforting. Brianna and Manuel, who assisted us on the day of the funeral, were both outstanding. They made sure we had everything we needed to set up our personal items and decorations, and we especially appreciated never feeling rushed as the service came to an end. This experience brought me a sense of peace, knowing our loved one was treated with dignity, care, and respect while in their care. During one of the hardest times a family can face, Brianna and her team showed genuine kindness every step of the way. We are deeply grateful for the support they provided and highly recommend this funeral home to anyone navigating such a difficult loss.

My family and I recently held my sister’s services at this funeral home, and we are truly grateful for the care and support we received during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, the entire staff was professional, respectful, and incredibly helpful. We would especially like to give a huge and heartfelt thank you to Juanita. She was compassionate, patient, and extremely caring toward our family. During one of the hardest moments of our lives, she made us feel supported and understood. Her kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we will always be thankful for her guidance. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The reception area is large and well-maintained, making it comfortable for our many guests. There is plenty of parking onsite and around the area, which made things much easier for everyone attending. The location is also very convenient, with a freeway entrance right nearby, making commuting simple for family and friends. The staff went above and beyond by offering to help coordinate with the priest and by fully respecting our religious beliefs and traditions. That meant so much to us. We highly recommend this funeral home to any family in need of compassionate, professional, and respectful service. Thank you for helping us honor my sister with dignity and care.

I honestly do not know where to start, when my brother passed away I didn’t know where or who to turn to and I came across the name Juanita and a phone number. That was the best decision I had made. From the first conversation I had with her I knew that this was the one and I was not wrong. Juanita helped me out with so much with the process, idk how I would have made it through without her. With her guidance and professionalism and empathy, my family and I were able to give my brother a beautiful service. They took great care of my brother Francisco espinoza and I was extremely happy with the outcome.. I can’t thank Juanita and the funeral home enough. I truly truly appreciate you guys. Losing my mom was one of the hardest experiences of my life, and I’m truly grateful for Myriam and her staff the compassion and professionalism they showed my family during such a difficult time. From the moment we walked through the doors, they treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care. They guided us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure my mom was honored with the dignity and respect she deserved. At the most difficult time in my life, I arrived to Deco Familia East Olympic Funeral Home on November 2025, feeling lost. I met Angeles Lopez, the pre-need Counselor, whom was very warm, caring, thoughtful and respectful. She guided my family and I through the entire process, as she supported us, answered all of our questions, and made us feel like we were cared for and that it was the best place to have my brother’s services. The cost was reasonable. The entire staff was helpful and caring, and they had ample space both inside and in the dining area. Parking was easily available. The deacon provided the most beautiful mass and rosary service for my brother. I cannot express how thankful I am and appreciative of Deco Familia East West Olympic Funeral home. I highly recommend Deco Family East West Olympic Funeral Home and I can guarantee that you will appreciate the love, care and dedication given to you and your loved ones as they make you feel like family. We had a great service for a long time friend and relative. The services were very good and mom enjoyed her time here while we paid our respects to her family. Overall a great experience.

I highly recommend East Olympic Funeral Home. Juanita was amazing she’s very nice and professional she explains very well the whole process and financials. Manuel the person that is with you in your services is also amazing very nice and approachable. The funeral home is nice and clean. If I can give this place a 10 star review I would.
