Cafe Glace

Cafe Glace is a hidden gem in Westwood! We absolutely loved the food, especially the Persian Beef & Mushroom Pizza, Spinach Pizza, and the Makhsus Pizza, each one was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What made our visit even better was Edwin, the owner. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. He checked on us throughout our visit and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. Great food, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Cafe Glace to anyone looking for delicious pizza and outstanding hospitality!

What a great find! Despite being very busy, the team was welcoming and made sure our large group was comfortably seated. The chef’s recommendations were spot on—the sandwiches and pizza were absolutely delicious. Friendly service, amazing food, and a great overall experience. Highly recommend!

Cafe Glacé in Westwood is a small, humble Persian sandwich shop offering a variety of classic Iranian sandwiches and pizzas. I ordered the special sandwich and a small mixed pizza — both were tasty, though I personally preferred the pizza a bit more. The shop was clean, and the staff were friendly and quick with service, which I appreciated. That said, in my opinion, the pricing feels slightly high relative to the portion size and overall quality. Still, it’s a nice spot to try if you’re in the neighborhood and craving a casual Persian bite.

We tried Cafe Glace hoping for a good Persian pizza experience, but it was pretty underwhelming. The pizza itself was just okay—nothing memorable and definitely not worth going out of the way for. We also ordered the bandari sandwich, which unfortunately lacked flavor and didn’t live up to expectations at all. Overall, it was a disappointing visit and not a place we’d rush back to.

The man working there was extremely attentive to our party, which was impressive during such a busy time (right after Westwood protests). Great service from him. We had a mixup with our order and as he walked by he immediately noticed without us saying a word. He let us keep the wrong order too. There was another lady working there who seemed confused- she may have been new. We asked for water and she hesitated before agreeing, and only brought us empty cups. When we asked the man for water he brought us a pitcher. We asked the lady for more water and she brought one filled cup, when there were 3 of us. That was strange. The food is great, pictured is the special sandwich. Very filling if hungry, and shareable if you’re not too hungry. The pizzas smelled amazing- will be getting one next time.

Food was delicious, full on restaurant meal, unique Persian style Pizza and sandwiches, with plenty of yum sides! It's a must to stop by!

Café Glacé is a family-friendly restaurant whose food and service truly bring joy to families around the Westwood, CA area. My fiancé and I had a lovely dinner here. The portions are generous, especially the meat, cheese, and other ingredients on the pizzas and sandwiches—absolutely exemplary! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend the mix pizza, and don’t waste time—visit this place!

I recently tried Cafe Glace for the first time recently and was thoroughly impressed. The food was excellent — especially the Persian pizza, which was absolutely delicious. Service was exemplary from start to finish — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality and portion sizes. Highly recommended!
