My car was without hope. It was destroyed and I thought they were going to declare it total loss. Not only did these guys have great prices, but they they made the car brand new. They took time to pay attention to detail and they texted me every step of the way to let me know what the updates were. They picked up the phone and did not play games, ZERO shady business. If you want to deal with a place that does not scam, have shady business practice and they have clear communication this place is it! 5 out of 5 stars. Jason and Val are excellent. Make sure to ask for them if you work with them!

Juan and his team are 5 stars for the amazing and personal service they provide ON TOP of the highest quality work you would expect from them as experts in the auto body and collision field. They repaired and repainted my front hood after a minor collision, paint matching my 2012 IS F perfectly. I went back again for a window repair and Juan did it complimentary. I was floored. These guys are fantastic. I had bumper damage and did not have rental coverage with insurance. These guys were able to get my car turned over well ahead of schedule in less than a week, did a great job, left me with a clean car like new and even helped me get set up with a rental w pick up and dropoff on site. Gotham City does great work. To say they are experts would be an understatement. My car came out of the shop looking brand new with seamlessly blended paint. You may have to be a little bit persistent to get time on their schedule, but it is well worth it!

The text message progress updates also made it feel very seamless. Service was completed very quickly (quicker than estimated), repair and paint look great, and I felt like the team made the whole process easy, transparent and trustworthy.
