The technicians arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and worked efficiently while keeping the work area clean and organized. They took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured the system was installed correctly and operating at peak performance before leaving. Since the installation, our home has been noticeably more comfortable, and the system runs quietly and efficiently. I was very nervous about replacing my HVAC system because my old one was still working well after 23 years. Even though I knew it was nearing the end of its life, it was a big decision. I chose Tokay Air in Lodi because several people recommended them, and I'm so glad I did. Brian Taves, came out first to give me an estimate. He took the time to explain the different brands, how the installation would be done, and the new technology available. He answered every one of my questions without making me feel rushed. Today, David and Nick installed my new system. They were professional, courteous, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. After the installation, they thoroughly tested everything, showed me how to use my new thermostat, and patiently answered all of my questions. When they finished, they left my home spotless. You would never have known they had been here except for my brand-new HVAC system! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. I highly recommend Tokay Air to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional HVAC company.

Albert and Pedro were so awesome on our AC install. Super nice people (and cat friendly) and really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. This could not have been possible without Alfredo who helped us choose the right system for our home. Very comfortable to be around and not pushy at all. Big plus is they take care of the SMUD rebate for going all electric. We love our new AC & highly recommend Tokay

I had an excellent experience with Alex from Tokay Heating & Air. He came out the same day I called, arrived right on time, and was professional from start to finish. Alex took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my HVAC system, answered all of my questions, and clearly outlined my tv options without any pressure. He completed the work the very same day, left everything clean, and made sure my system was up and running before he left. It’s refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. I don’t post a lot of reviews, but when I receive outstanding service, I like to let folks know. Having no working A/C tends to make for short tempers and it seems like Sara knows that. She handled the initial phone call with professionalism and understanding, which relieved a lot of anxiety. She had a technician onsite in a very timely manner. She sent what has to be their All-Star technician, Jaspreet. Jaspreet was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain things clearly, and may be the most polite person I’ve met in a LONG time. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had us up and running in no time. These two definitely understand how business should be ran. Thanks guys!
