Dr. Hugate and his team were absolutely incredible. From start to finish, they helped make a potentially scary situation understandable, and were able to get me in (for both an appointment and surgery) in a timely manner. His expertise with tumor resection afforded me an instantly-stable restructured tibia, and recovery has been great. Sky Ridge Surgery Center leaves much to be desired… post-op was tedious, they did not address my pain for 8 hours, told me they’d called but actually refused to call Dr. Hugate so I could be admitted (until I called the office and they said they never received a call), and flat out lied to me about the whereabouts of my husband post-op. I asked for him several times, was told they’d called and he wasn’t there yet, and when he finally came back and I asked where he’d been, he said he’d only just received a call that it was ok to come back… and he’d been in the waiting room the ENTIRE TIME. The RN who “cared” for me clearly hated her job, and it wasn’t until my hubby started to demand a charge nurse that she actually followed through on things she said she’d done (but hadn’t). I’ve had 3 surgeries there… the first one went beautifully and I was totally well-cared for. The second and third were awful post-op experiences… on my second surgery (where I was supposed to have been admitted for the night), the RN literally held pain relief hostage. She came to my bedside with a syringe of pain meds and said she would only give it to me if I agreed to leave. My husband was flabbergasted. That first night was horrible, and when I went for my post-op the next day, my surgeon was furious. All that to be said, Panorama & Dr. Hugate are incredible, I just wish he operated out of a different location :(

I know Panorama just moved into this building and they have no control over its layout, but it is ridiculous that the direct entrance to their PT office isn't ADA-friendly. No ramp for wheelchair users, and with the button being at the bottom of the steps, a cane user(like me) would have to race the timer up the stairs to catch the door. Sure, I can use the main entrance on the other side of the office building, but not knowing that at first, seeing this entrance made me very upset. Dr. Hugate's team is still very busy. I wasn't seen until half an hour after my appointment was supposed to start, and it was still early in the day. At least he and the rest of his team are very kind.

Outstanding Care from an Exceptional Team! ​I have been seen by multiple doctors at Panorama, and every single experience has been exceptional. What truly sets them apart is that they take the time to really listen to your concerns and explain everything clearly, so you never feel rushed. ​The care extends far beyond just the physicians; everyone from the assistants, the X-ray technicians, and the office staff is absolutely outstanding. The wonderful staff makes you feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for from the moment you walk through the door. I cannot recommend Panorama highly enough for anyone looking for top-tier medical care and a truly supportive environment.

I had two hip replacement surgeries with Dr. Hugate and his team, three years apart, and both experiences were excellent from start to finish. The consistency in care, professionalism, and communication really stood out across both procedures. Dr. Hugate is thorough, confident, and takes the time to explain everything clearly so you know what to expect going into surgery and recovery. His team is equally impressive—organized, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. Both recoveries went smoothly, and I felt well cared for at every stage, from pre-op planning through follow-up visits. It’s rare to have such a high level of trust and continuity in surgical care, especially across multiple procedures, but they delivered it both times. I’m very grateful for the outcomes and would highly recommend Dr. Hugate and his team to anyone needing hip replacement surgery.

I am so THANKFUL that I was referred to Dr. VanderHeiden at Panorama for my fusion surgery. Not only is he an exceptional man, he is the most skilled Surgeon I have ever had the opportunity to meet. I have not had surgeries before in my life, so I didn’t know what to expect! The Staff at Panorama, from front office to the back, especially Danielle Sisneros, were absolute Angels and I will never be able to THANK THEM ENOUGH. I was supplied with a plethora of information, be it from videos or documents, which allowed me to understand fully what I would be going through. From pre surgery to post op and recovery. I have dealt with the HR location for post op care with Mara Immadioto, and just am amazed with the level of knowledge and care she has provided. I am treated as if I am the only person that is being tended too. I know that they are busy so that isn’t the case. But the one on one care is unmatched! I have yet to meet someone at Panorama who shows any negativity. Dr. VanderHeiden was direct and honest with all his recommendations so that I was able to receive my surgery and have a chance to get back to a normal life. Before the surgery, I could barely walk and was in constant pain. Less than 3 weeks after surgery, the pain levels were never higher than a 2 and now at 8 weeks, I have very little to no pain and can walk easily without a walker or cane and do most daily activities on my own with no assistance. At the beginning of this journey, I prayed so hard that GOD would help me and I was sent these AMAZING PROFESSIONALS FROM PANORAMA. Thank you GOD, but also, THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AND PROFESSIONALS WHO WERE A PART OF THE TEAM TO HEAL ME! I am in PT now at Golden Location and look forward to the next steps in my recovery!

I broke my ankle and the urgent care after taking X-rays said I needed to see an orthopedic doctor. I chose to go to Panorama Health where they got me in very quickly. I called them on Friday and had an appointment Monday morning. The PA-C I saw was amazing with showing me the X-rays they again took at Panorama and explaining the options I had for treatment. Overall I would give Panorama an A+.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center. Over the past several months, I underwent a rotator cuff repair in August, followed by a total knee replacement in November and a second total knee replacement in January. It was a major season of surgeries and recovery for me, and the care I received made all the difference. Dr. Schneider performed my shoulder surgery, and Dr. Chrastil performed both of my knee replacements. Both surgeons were not only technically excellent, but also personable, attentive, and patient. They took time to listen, answered questions thoroughly, and walked me step by step through what to expect. That level of communication gave me a lot of confidence going into each procedure. Their physician assistants and medical staff, especially Kate, were equally supportive. From pre op appointments to post op follow ups, I consistently felt informed, cared for, and encouraged. Recovering from multiple surgeries in a short period of time is not easy, but the entire team helped make the process feel structured and manageable. I would highly recommend Panorama, especially Dr. Schneider and Dr. Chrastil, to anyone needing orthopedic or joint care. Skilled surgeons, compassionate approach, and a team that truly supports you through recovery.

I went to Panarama a few years ago ago and some things never change. They want you to be there 15mins early yet the doctor is running 45 mins behind. 11/4 hrs later I was seen. This was for Dr Fuller. I really like my PA Carly. Then went to the new bldg. saw Dr Able for a test. Every thing went great. Waited 20mins. He explained everything he was doing.
