I hired USA Moving & Storage to move my household. The team of four individuals showed up on time in the morning and after showing what items were moving, they immediately began wrapping and moving items. All four individuals were courteous, polite and professional. They were careful with furniture and walls, which I greatly appreciated. I was amazed how quickly they worked and loaded all belongings into the truck. The moving into a new home went just as quick and without any damage. Again, much appreciated their efforts not to cause damage to furniture and walls. My experience was great! Thank you USA Moving & Storage.

They are the most effective, considerate, and friendliest guys and even gave us sweet advice on the placement of certain furniture pieces. Their trucks and blankets are super clean. They go out of their way not to damage floors, walls, or furniture, and anyone who hires them will not be sorry. Thank You, USA Moving & Storage, for a pleasant experience during a big move to a different state, which is always stressful. Thank You, Jerry and the rest of the office staff, and to our sweet driver Sanchez and all the movers. You are a great bunch of guys, and we appreciated your smiles and hard work.
I was a little nervous going into our move with USA Moving & Storage because we had a lot of back and forth about how many truck(s) we might need (I ultimately I said I only wanted one, which USA Moving respected). However, day of, this team was absolutely astonishing. I think you really see how a company is when things go wrong. The truck that was supposed to come for our move broke down, and USA Moving called us with frequent updates before pivoting to sending a new team, along with an extra mover that we were not charged for. While our move started several hours late, these movers were SO good. I have never had such an efficient move, with all of our furniture, television, and various heavy boxes in perfect condition in all the right rooms. I would definitely recommend these movers!
Over a month ago I had USA Moving & Storage as my movers and was very happy that everything turned out so well. The movers were fast and careful on how they handled our furnishings, especially the glass pieces we had. It's simply this. I plan on calling them again for our next move. Good experience. I moved from a 1-bedroom apartment up one flight of narrow spiral stairs, about a mile away to a 3rd floor place. The company recommended 4 guys instead of 2 since there are so many stairs, and that worked out well. The whole move, start to finish, took 2 hours for a very reasonable price. Movers were nice professional guys. Fast and efficient beyond belief.
I need to come back and leave another stupendous review for these guys. We've moved (obviously) and can unfortunately no longer use them. Our local guys in a fairly good-sized city simply cannot compete. These guys are fast, efficient, careful and diligent. They blow any other company out of the water. Packing and storage were phenomenal. Speed and attention to detail on completion were even better.

Moving crew very quickly decided that I needed more space. They charged me $500 for more space and $200 for moving std size chest calling it too “heavy”. I have pictures of my stuff in truck within contracted space. They ripped me off when they knew I had little choice but to accept their false up charges. Do not use this firm!!
This is my second time using this company and I glad I did so. Movers are very fast and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for smooth and efficient move.
