We just had our bi-annual inspection with One Way Air and we're profoundly impressed. "Five-star service for our technician, Mr. Luis Enrique! He performed our preventative maintenance today and was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was perfectly clean and operational for the upcoming season. It's hard to find honest, reliable service these days—definitely recommend!" We are very satisfied customers.
Luis was great! I already knew I needed my central air conditioner replaced because it was old. Luis was kind enough to walk me through the process of financing and replacement. He is very knowledgeable and was able to make arrangements for the installers to be at my home within a day. I’m very pleased with the service and will be recommending to family and friends.
I signed a 2 year maintenance agreement with this firm in Nov. 2025. On May 15 th I had my first scheduled maintenance. Derek was scheduled to arrive between 9-11 am. I was told I was the first appointment. I called the office at 10:50 ish as I had not heard a thing. At 11:19 Derek showed up. As per there preventative maintenance checklist they are to inspect 32 items. I have 2 units which implies a 64 item checklist. Derek left my house at 11:37. He never entered the house to inspect the air filters. As there was no water on the pad outside he did not even clean and flush the drain lines. I notified Cheryl in the office that I wanted a refund for the remainder of my 2 year maintenance agreement. She e mailed me the amount i should receive. It is a month later and I have not received my check. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THUS FIRM!! They do not honor their maintenance agreements!!! And they refuse to refund your money!!
Jeremy was very easy to work with and flexible with scheduling the initial meeting and unit install. He was very knowledgeable and informative. There wasn’t any high pressure sales tactics which was great. He was very professional and worked a great deal for us that met our needs and fit our budget. Thanks for all of your assistance with our HVAC/AC project!
I'm really grateful to this company. I wasn't sure they could handle it that day, but Nick came out and fixed the problem quickly. Before we knew it, the cool air was back! I'm so thankful he was available and so knowledgeable to make the repair at 9 o'clock at night. Nick was very professional and courteous, making the whole experience pleasant. I would definitely choose One Way Air again in the future!
Jeremy came to service our A/C unit as it was stopping & eventually starting. He was able to get the unit working & gave us useful tips to avoid a problem again. We had an unforseen emergency happen with our air conditioner after hours. Called and someone was out by 8pm. Jeremy was very helpful and explained everything so my husband and I could fully understand the situation. Very grateful and job well done.
Jeremy did replacement of our quick disconnect for our air conditioner/heat system about a month ago. He noticed at that time that we had the wrong size circuit breaker controlling that box and recommended that we change it out or it could be a potential fire hazard. He told us what to purchase, which we promptly did. When the circuit breaker got changed it had already began to melt in spots. His observation and thorough inspection saved us what could have been a catastrophic event. Jeremy came back today to do our 6-month service contract maintenance on the unit. He was prompt, friendly, professional, knowlegable and efficient. We are glad to have him taking care of us and are confident in his service.
