I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half now off and on during my lunch break and order the same thing every time. Every single time it’s made perfect to a T. As I’m sitting here eating it for a millionth time, I just felt the need to brag on this place. The girls at the drive thru are always friendly, smiling, and have great customer service. Everytime I unwrap my burger you can tell it was made with TLC and that’s rare to find these days in food service. The ice cream is also always spot on. Thank you guys👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I truly appreciate their attentiveness and pleasant demeanor. I have visited other establishments where, even when offered the opportunity to create my own sundae, my requests for specific ice cream flavors and toppings were declined🤔. However, at this location, the staff, with their lovely smiles😊, readily agreed to my preferences. As a result, I thoroughly enjoyed😋 my favorite, best-ever sundae🍨. Thank you, Custard's Last Stand, for providing such excellent service👌. I will certainly be returning throughout the summer 🌞and wholeheartedly recommend 💯👍🏻you to all my friends. A happy customer always comes back and won't change their favorite place, lol!!!🥰
The whole atmosphere is Diner themed. Really friendly staff, a bright menu with a lot of options. Including burgers, fries, hot dogs, sundaes, concretes and much much more. I had a really positive experience.
I just wanted to provide my feedback on the experience I received at custards Last Stand at the Lee's Summit location today.
I had my service dog with me and went to sit down and the manager proceeded to tell me that I was not allowed to be in there with my pet. I told her my dog was a service dog and she continued to tell me that I needed to leave. I then told her that I'm not leaving because this is a service dog and she walked away. I found out after the conversation that she was in fact the manager when I decided to ask for a manager. I did tell her that she needed to get some education on service dogs and what she is allowed to ask me. She was overly rude and did not want to give me the time of day. On the other hand, the girl at the front who is training the new guy was so super sweet and nice and she honestly needs the manager position because she was great. I would hate to see you guys get sued over a service dog. I would never sue you over it but your employees need to be aware of the laws that go on around us before they go telling customers to leave.
There are also no signs on the door saying anything about pets or service dogs. I was just surprised and disappointed that I bought ice cream and then was treated like that after. Very hostile.
Great service and a large variety of ice creams and custard flavors.
Good prices. The building could use a deep clean. Like for example dusting of light fixers. However, this is good place to get over cream with the children.
Sooo disgusted!! I showed up with four children, and custards CALLED THE POLICE ON ME FOR HAVING TOO MANY KIDS WITH ME! After they sold us the ice cream though! Of course. Disgusting inconsiderate stuck up rude children running the ice cream shop. They should’ve declined my money.
Cute 50's style diner atmosphere with Ron's of tasty custard treats. A bit cheaper than Andy's Frozen Custard with tons more options and flavors. The Black Forest Concrete was to die for. Looking forward to going back and trying many ofthr other flavors and combinations.
