From the moment me and my wife got into the dealership we were met professionally, we met with salesman Shane Hauser, if you go there I really recommend him 1,000%, professional, attentive, knowledgeable and best part not pushy at all. It was a rare moment for us as buyers as we know how most dealerships are. Amazing experience with Justin Mayes! He was able to get me in my dream car, Mercedes-Benz. He did a phenomenal job and was easy to work with. I definitely always dread going to the dealership but Justin made it so easy for me to feel comfortable. We were able to see different vehicles and we spotted this one, test drove and loved it. New Customer. Brought my Camry in for scheduled maintenance Every part of the experience, start to finish was very easy, friendly & professional. Waiting area offers a variety of areas to sit, including high top tables next to a staffed snack/coffee bar. The rest of the lounge is very comfortable and open. There's a separated kids/TV area in closed off but high visibility room. That's a very nice touch. Picking up my finished car, A/C cool and running under a shaded canopy made the mundane of tire rotations feel very VIP. I think I found my new dealership.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my car-buying dreams possible. When I first walked into your dealership, I was incredibly nervous and felt completely uneducated about the car-buying process, which left me feeling vulnerable.
My experience began with Shawna Foree, who took the time to walk me through my situation. She explained how buying out my lease in 2022 (through a different dealer group in DFW) had absorbed the equity from my original trade-in, ultimately leaving me upside down. Hearing that was heartbreaking, but I truly appreciated her honesty and transparency. At that point, we were simply reviewing numbers and vehicles with no real intention of making a purchase. I had only come in because my windshield had been smashed by a wrench while driving from DFW to Austin.
During our conversation, I mentioned that my dream car was a Bronco… Something I assumed I’d never be able to afford. Then we saw one: blue, perfect, just needing a lift. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! I don’t say that lightly. My previous experience was the complete opposite. I felt pressured into leasing in 2022 and then pressured again to buy out that lease in 2023, all under the promise that it was a financially smart decision that would build equity. Instead, I ended up with every protection add-on, a high interest rate, and an expensive payment on a VW Tiguan that doesn’t hold its value.
