DREAMASIA - Could do better-The weather did not help the attitudes and atmosphere. Parking was unbearably slow. Especially since it was very empty. We got there as the car show was ending. Food was great! Vendors were meh. Trash was terrible by the gate. The wristband people were just throwing the stuff on the ground or in the air. Sad that the music being played was mostly Latin or rap and not from the orient or orient based. The tables by the cars were a mess.
Pretty fun place! Loved the horchata and the pineapple lemonade plus the Mexican cart wasn't that bad, came for a "Lazer show" and the drone show, the shops werent half bad nothing special and some cute little areas for kids. Bathrooms were ok but the Lazer show wasn't even a real Lazer show it was just some random flashing lights but the drone show was insane and super cool loved it and would absolutely recommend just make sure to get there early for stuff like that spots fill up quick and leave early because that parking lot is a nightmare to leave
This rating is not about the grounds themselves - though yes, they've aged considerably over the decades. It's about the space. It's about the vibe. It's about the utilization. Gwinnett is a fantastic place to live, and I think there could be things happening here with far more frequency 🫶🏻 Maybe I'll go submit a request right now! 😂
Went here for a Korean festival and the experience was honestly pretty disappointing. The space itself is large, but it didn't feel very well organized for an event with that kind of crowd. Signage and flow between vendors were confusing, so it was easy to feel lost or stuck in bottlenecks. Some areas felt underprepared for the amount of people attending, especially with lines and seating. While the festival itself had good energy and food options, the venue didn't really support the experience in a smooth or comfortable way. It works as an event space, but for a cultural festival like that, it felt more stressful than enjoyable
I took my kids to the fair that came to town. It was wonderful. We all had a blast. I just have to remember that I'm no longer a kid and take it easy with the rides. I'm still dizzy from one of them. Lots of food and lots of fun activities for adults and kids.
Went to the Winter Lantern festival and it was better than I expected. Lots of cool and festive lights with animals and other characters. Some were moving. Lots to see. Overall a great family time and low key. Not too crowded.
We held our annual Hobby Ceramics & Fired Arts Industry Trade Show here. Ms. Bee, Ms. Debbie & Ms. Nu were very pleasant and professional to work with. Their entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this venue to hold your event!!
