Further along the 159 bus route, there's practically no cell phone signal. There are free air pumps and restrooms available. Stopping here to admire the colorful peaks is a nice experience; a gentle breeze on your face allows you to think about interesting things. We saw a helicopter landing pad. You can also stop here and walk along the path. Reaching the bench, my phone finally got a signal.

Driving through red rock with all the beautiful trails and scenery was breathtaking.. I stopped to take many pictures and shoot some videos of our beautiful state and nature. If you wanna get away, this is a place to escape and enjoy beautiful landscapes.Hiking trails.. What a beautiful way to spend a day in our beautiful parks..❤️

The views are majestic. The drive in and out is perfect, as the road is only one way so there's no incoming traffic to worry about while taking in the sites. There are also multiple parking areas where you can stop, park, and do some hiking or just take time to appreciate the beautiful scenery, and take some pictures and or video. There's no trash anywhere, and the road is perfectly maintained. You do need to buy a pass to get in, and they also give you a code to scan from your phone to make reservations ahead of time if you're planning a visit. This is on top of having purchased your pass, as the park gets super busy. Park ranger said reservations are required regardless.

It was such a cool experience taking in all this natural beauty, and it's only a 35 minute drive from the strip. It was rainy/foggy while we were there, but it was still a pretty good view. It gave it a lot of character that not everyone else gets to experience. If you have time while in Las Vegas, you should consider this as a great option.

Red Rock Canyon is gorgeous. The scenic drive is great, with several overlooks. They also have so many trails for hiking, sightseeing and wildlife viewing. One of the best places to go in the area for outdoor recreation.

The scene here is absolutely breathtaking. The mountain layouts are incredible, especially the vibrant red rock layers. ​The 13-mile one-way Scenic Loop is a must-do. It’s a smooth, paved road perfect for driving or road biking, with plenty of space to share the way. While you can drive it in 30 minutes, I highly recommend stopping for the hiking trails and rock climbing. It’s a beautiful escape just minutes from the city! ​Note: You’ll need a timed-entry reservation and there is a fee. Open sunrise to sunset!

Great place to relax 20 minutes outside the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. Cool cars and bikes with a tranquil view. Usually 15-20 degrees cooler than the Strip.
