Crippen GMC

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was extremely impressed with the entire team’s communication and transparency. Shoutout to Jake for being so communicative throughout the entire process and always had the answer when I asked any questions. This team over at Crippen GMC is elite, highly recommend to anyone in the market for a car!! They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied even if you live across the country!

This is a review of a 2022 GMC Sierra Elevation I purchased new from Crippen GMC. This is your warning to look for a different brand of truck. Over the course of the 3 years this truck's dash lights up with three lights ( ESC, Park Brake, and traction control) and goes into a safe mode. Doesn't matter if I am driving in town or on the highway. I always have to pull it over and restart it several times to clear this issue. Won't let my kid drive this truck. Had this truck at Crippen GMC well over 20 times for this issue. I have over 120 date stamped videos and pictures of this issue. Crippen never fixed it and treated me like crap because I called GMC and complained. The truck started leaking oil around 38K miles and was lied to by another dealership that it was the drain plug seal but in reality it was the rear main seal.. Thanks Chad @LaFontain GMC. So this is my 3 year review. Don't believe me? I can send you my service invoices and videos anytime. Do yourself a favor and move on to a different brand or restore an old one...

I needed roadside assistance. I broke down and needed a repair. My car had a slight problem. They could have told me anything. But, they were honest and fixed it quickly, and charged me fairly. Jon, in service, was especially helpful and open. I would definitely recommend!

Bryan is great to work with!!! He’s straight to the point and tells ya what it is, not trying to butter ya up. I’ll definitely be recommending Crippen to any potential buyers I know.

The staff at Crippen is top-notch, from Bruce, who answered my concerned call, to Michael in the service department, who expediently and efficiently resolved a tire leak problem. The customer service from these 2 people will keep my family coming back. They took the time to show care and concern. Michael's communication regarding the issue and what they were going to do to fix it was excellent as well. Keep it up. Your effort was appreciated more than you could know. Thank you very much! This was my 2nd time using Crippen for service on my 2020 Buick Encore. The 1st time was for a brake issue and they did a great job with the repairs. Now this 2nd time was to replace my car battery. I needed a replacement urgently (my battery died right as I was leaving for work in the morning), I called Crippen around 8:30, they were able to get me booked for a 10am appt. I brought my car in early, around 9:15, and they had the battery replaced before my actual appt time. I was in and out! I’ve also been impressed both times by how friendly all of the staff is. Their customer service is excellent and I feel very comfortable going there.

My experience with Crippen was not very pleasant. I came in about two weeks ago to set up an appointment to have some work done on my vehicle after being told that the part should be there for it. When I ride a 7 AM on that scheduled date, I was told that there was no reason for them to order the parts and have them on hand if they didn’t know that the customer was coming in or not. I was not very pleased by the interaction with the service rep I spoke with, I told him that was a reason why we set the appointment. So I just located the parts and went to the Chevy dealership that had them and had to repair done and they treating me with kindness.
