Palm Beach Shooting Center

We had the most incredible experience at Palm Beach Shooting Center !! Rod gave us a lesson on guns and very patiently helped us with all of our questions! He let us practice until we were confident. He gave tips on shooting straight and we were successful!!! The whole crew in the store made my first time shooting an amazing experience!! Highly recommend!!

Came here today with two others as first timers, and it was a great experience! Shooting the AR15 and AK47 was super cool, and Rob was a great instructor; patient, helpful, and really nice guy.

Staff was friendly, retail store seemed pretty decent but the range left a lot to be desired. Also doesn’t appear to be much standard as far as safety goes. Nobody asked if we’d been there before, nobody asked if we’d shot before and there was no safety waiver we needed to sign. My wife and I are members at a couple ranges back home so we have some semblance of what is typical. The range itself is old and dingy. Terrible lighting, the cables for the target runners are loose and sag like crazy and there’s really nowhere to unload your bags/cases to get ready to shoot. Again, the staff was friendly but I think this place needs some updating.

The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently—exactly what you want in a range environment. What truly set this experience apart, though, was Robert’s class. He doesn’t just teach you how to shoot—he teaches you why things work the way they do, which makes a huge difference in building confidence and consistency. His attention to detail, patience, and genuine passion for what he does really stand out. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, Robert meets you where you are and elevates your skillset. You can tell he takes pride in making sure every person leaves better, safer, and more knowledgeable than when they arrived. If you’re considering training, take Robert’s class—no question about it. It’s worth every minute. Overall, I highly recommend Palm Beach Shooting Center for both range time and top-tier instruction. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They helped get everything needed for a nice rage day. They also put a stool in my lane to sit if needed. The selection of rental firearms was nice and there was an amazing amount of new and used to choose from. This was the first range I’ve been to since moving to the area the the staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I’ll definitely be back in the near future. Thank you staff for making this an amazing experience.

We were a group of 3 that came in and have never shot guns before. Instructor was super cool when giving us lessons and we had a blast shooting some rifles. They threw on some free merch when we were done so experience was absolutely great. Will be coming back!

We came in as beginners and the lesson session and instructions given by Rod was thorough. He was patient and easy to understand and take direction from. It was so enjoyable! Quite a thrill! We have a son in a wheelchair that wanted to watch from the viewing room and they made sure that happened. Truly genuine care for all. Would highly recommend.

I would have to honestly say this is the WORST gun range in all of PBC from the start the store is tiny, the rules are nuts and not realistic, you cant shoot multiple times in sequence and its not realistic, if I'm training for a self defense situation I'm not shooting someone one. I'm going to follow up, so going into a range to waste my bullets carefully shooting one round every 3-4 seconds is pointless and a WASTE OF MONEY. staff is rude yelling over me saying THATS NOT ALLOWED , place is a joke. people working seem untrained for real world situations. the ranges are old as could be, and the equipment in the bays hardly work I had to move lanes twice because the retrieval machines stopped working. Then the nickel and diming was INSANE on top of this place being MORE expensive then even the nicest ranges in the city, on every turn they find some way to charge you a couple bucks , you can only buy and shoot at targets from them, ear muff rentals and glasses cost more, when shooting rifles they give you a stick to hang your target from if you shoot the clip or stick you have to pay extra. staff was not nice either. mentioning rude remarks when buying more clips like "oh your not supposed to shoot the clips" as if I didn't just walk in with a brand new rifle and optic I was zeroing for the first time. tab to shoot for two people was 78.00$. go take your money to shoot straight for 19.99$ I show up whenever I want skip all the lines and wait. and I don't get nickel and dimed.
