The AC technician, Hans, is a highly qualified technician with the Carrier system, careful in his problem-solving, and fixed our AC after 5 other technicians failed to do so. Very grateful to The Heat Engineering Company and Hans for the excellent service. Highly recommend. Also, please make sure you get the 10-year warranty from Carrier and info from your installer re: thermostat preferences.

Our zone 2 heat was not working and Heat Engineering was able to quickly schedule a visit in two days (it wasn't an emergency). Our tech, Zach, quickly identified the issue, ordered the part, and returned in two more days. Zach was knowledgeable, efficient, and replaced the part in under 30 minutes. Excellent service at a fair price.

We decided to replace our 25 YO Lenox before it died in the middle of a heat wave. We shopped around for different brands and found Trane to be the best value for our needs which were quieter and more energy efficient. We selected Heat Engineering Company based upon their customer reviews and quality of installation. Brian, the sales representative walked me through different models and steered me away from “over buying” for our home size and needs and worked with us on our project budget. Lucas, the installer did a terrific job replacing the electrical box, building up the pad to avoid mulch and other materials getting under the unit and demonstrating the features of the until including the new monitoring system built into the furnace. I would highly recommend Heat Engineering for your AC and heating systems.

Almost immediate response. Timely technician, who was also very cordial, explained the service required. He also completed that service well and certainly in a reasonable time.

Heat Engineering provided emergency service, arriving around 7 pm after we realized at 5:45 pm that our furnace wasn't working and it temps were going down to -5 degrees that night! The owner, CJ, was extremely responsive and talked us through many of our questions about furnaces after hours the next day (becuase I had to be at a conference during the day). We ended up replacing our furnace through them due to its 30-year age, and we were very satisfied with the service! Their price was very competitive as well. We had 2 other quotes for the replacement and for the type of unit/its efficiency rating (Trane 96%, 2-stage), Heat Engineering's price was the best!

Left a message overnight and they were able to come first thing in the morning. Fixed our issue, cleaned our AC and charged a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Zach is the best technician! Very knowledgeable and polite. I’ve had him for heating and air conditioning. Will continue to use Heat!
