Pillar Plumbing is a spectacular plumbing contractor. They came out quickly quoted me a fair price for the work and provided clear instruction on what was wrong and what they would be doing to solve the issue. Jonathan Peters is an exceptional technician. He is knowledgeable and personable and genuinely shows an interest in helping customers. I cannot recommend Pillar enough.

We had a water heater go bad late last night, so I called this morning. I didn’t think they would be able to get us scheduled for an estimate so quickly, but they got to the house within a hour and half of making the call. Their pricing is excellent, and more importantly, Peter didn’t attempt to sell me every option available. He addressed my concerns, gave me viable options and walked me through everything to make sure we were getting everything we need.

Tim was fantastic to work with. He showed up early, took the time to explain my options clearly, and got the job done. He was personable and professional throughout the entire process.
