O MART

This review is being left not only because of poor customer service, but because I still have unanswered questions regarding a transaction that management should review. During a recent visit to O-MART in Killeen, my purchase subtotal was $23.91. My receipt reflected $15.92 as “FS Tendered” and $7.99 as “Cash.” However, I did not use cash, nor did I use a debit or credit card. My EBT account history shows that the full $23.91 was deducted from my benefits. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask questions when a receipt appears inconsistent with how a transaction was processed. When I returned to the register seeking clarification, I was met with what I perceived as dismissive and unprofessional behavior. Rather than helping me understand the receipt, the cashier appeared annoyed, rolled her eyes, used disrespectful body language, and walked away from the interaction. What concerns me most is that a customer attempting to understand how their benefits were charged was treated as though their question was not worthy of an answer. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed, dismissed, or unwelcome for asking about their own transaction. I am requesting that store management review both the transaction and the employee conduct involved in this incident. Customers deserve accurate information, transparency regarding their purchases, and respectful treatment regardless of their method of payment. Until this matter is properly addressed, I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

Clean, will organize, and great selection of a variety of prepackaged, frozen, and fresh foods. Hot section where they sell food as well as desserts in all types of goodies. Fresh fish looks great no terrible smells and clean. Definitely stop by and bring the family.

What happened to this store? New management, new owners??? Used to be nice and clean with fresh foods. Now it looks dirty. Spoiled meats in the frozen meat area, No good fruits or vegetables anymore. EVERY shelf is dirty. Guess I'm going to have to drive to Austin to do my Asian grocery shopping. So disappointed 😞

I had the #4 Vegetable Bulgogi from the restaurant. The taste was amazing, but it could've had a little more beef. The rice serving was perfect 👌. I got a package of the cucumber kimshi and a drink from the grocery part of the store - the cashier put a "paid" sticker on the items so that security and other employees would know I was good-to-go. I really liked that. We placed our order around 1800-1815 (6-6:15pm); The wait was approximately 10-15 minutes. Our visit was exceptionally pleasant. I think that me and my daughter will be going back! I'll add photos next time 😋

I want to share my experience for anyone who has never been to this location before. First, please be aware that this salon only accepts cash, which was not clearly communicated ahead of time. The stylist who worked on my hair was polite, however she stepped away during my appointment to attend to another customer, which significantly prolonged the time I spent there. I also think it’s very important for stylists to be honest if they are not comfortable or capable of doing a certain haircut. Being upfront would avoid confusion, wasted time, and unnecessary expense for both the client and the stylist. Another concern was the language barrier. It was very difficult to communicate basic haircut expectations because the stylist spoke very little English and struggled to understand my explanations. Unfortunately, this resulted in a haircut that was not what I asked for. Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication, I was told the issue was my hair texture and that I had “too much volume.”Despite the outcome, I was still charged $100.This was my first visit and will definitely be my last.

It offers the widest selection of Korean and other Asian groceries and goods in the area. The staff does not look very happy, always exhausted but professional enough. The bakery is a good bonus. I am not very impressed with the restaurant. I can't give 5 stars because of the many expired foods and the short return period policy. I wish they would manage their stock better and carry more organic or locally produced items.

We mainly went for the Korean food. Bibimbop was tasty and reasonably priced. Also a nice selection of Asian groceries, fruit, seafood, etc. Sat down for a salted caramel latte, which hit the spot. Cute bakery with a lot of tempting pastries. We'll be back!

This is a pretty expensive store. I went in to get milk, cereal, and noodles and ended up paying over $25 for just three items. Not to mention, the milk was supposed to expire on the 25th, but it went bad well before the expiration date. When I first opened it, it had a funky smell, like it hadn’t been stored properly. This is very unhygienic and unsafe, especially considering I’m pregnant. If the prices are going to be this high, the store needs to do a much better job storing and monitoring its products. People aren’t going to want to spend $6.99 on a gallon of milk if they can’t trust that it’s fresh and safe to drink.
