From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. In January 2026, I brought my 2026 Yukon Denali Ultimate 6.2L and I wanted to have the rear entertainment screen removed from the backs of the front seats. The Patriot service department handled the removal expertly and installed specially ordered covers, making the seats look as if nothing had ever been there. Service Technician – Sam Muller took great care with my vehicle and explained the entire process once the work was completed. Sam Muller was courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional. I also want to thank Tom Mullins, the Parts Manager, who listened to my request and guided me to the service department after I purchased the covers. Kimberly LeDesma, the Service Advisor, ensured my vehicle was processed efficiently and kept me updated throughout. Thank you to Kimberly LeDesma and the entire Patriot GMC team. I am extremely satisfied with the service and will return or recommend them to friends and family.

On December 23, 2025, I purchased a 2022 RAM 2500 Heavy Duty Mega Cab from Patriot Buick GMC in Killeen, Texas, via the CarGurus app. I reside in Fort Worth, and the purchase required a lengthy drive and reliance on the information and visuals provided online. Key Concerns: Misleading Visual Effects: The salesperson sent me a video of the truck with a strobe light effect on the headlights, which led me to believe it had special construction-grade lighting. However, upon inquiry, I learned that it was merely a visual effect and not functional lighting, which felt deceptive. Undisclosed Dashboard Damage: Prior to the purchase, I specifically asked the salesperson about any potential defects, including tears or damage to the interior. The dashboard, however, was peeling, and this significant issue was not disclosed and I picked up the truck after dark so i couldn't see the defects, leading to an unexpected repair cost of approximately $2,000. Missing Spare Tire: The vehicle was sold without a spare tire, which is a safety concern. After raising the issue, the dealership eventually provided the spare, but only after considerable effort and threats of escalation. Despite these issues, the dealership refused to address the dashboard repair, citing minimal profit margins. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the transparency and trustworthiness of the dealership. Conclusion: I am submitting this complaint to inform potential buyers of the issues I faced and to encourage the dealership to improve its transparency and customer service. I hope that this feedback helps others make informed decisions. January 20, 2026 Update: Although the dealership initially responded as if they cared about resolving the issue, when I followed up with a call, they never returned it. Despite asking me to reach out, they already had my phone number and could have contacted me themselves if they were truly interested in a resolution. This made it clear that their initial concern was insincere.

Lynese in sales was outstanding. She was patient and helpful throughout the sales process. Unfortunately the service department takes appointments online. Made an appointment that met my needs. Dropped my vehicle off shortly ahead of time. Vehicle was there all day and was never looked at for warranty service and tire rotation. The service advisor was nice and polite. But at the end of day my vehicle was never serviced and they just made excuses. As a business don’t take appointments if you can’t keep appointments. Simple tire rotation and troubleshooting for warranty work on suspension. 1.5 hours if that if a good technician gets on it. Buy from Lynese, get service else where.
