My wife and I were blown away at the crazy selection of nerdy hobby kits, puzzles, board games, card games, and general hobby materials. Awesome store. There's a reason why it's been around so long.

Shady business practices. They raise the price of items by what looks like %15 over what an item normally sells for at every other possible store. But then they slash that price to what the price should have been in the first place to make you feel like a deal and then they can use that to not honor any other discounts that they normally offer. It's bad enough that stores like this continue to go out of business because of online sales but when you do stuff like this it drives people back to the internet to do their shopping. I drove over an hour and a half to get to this location because it had what I was looking for in stock. This item sells for $99.99 everywhere that you can find it. They had a price tag on this item for 114.99 but then they slashed it back down to 99.99. You guys offer a military discount which did not apply since this item was "discounted" already. I'll gladly just buy it on Amazon instead if I'm going to pay full retail because then at least if it breaks I can ship it right back and won't be told by your store that I just have to contact the manufacturer instead. UPDATE - I came back with receipts. I made the drive out again because I did need two items that you had in stock and even with the practices I mentioned I still believe in supporting local businesses. But I snapped two random photos of two random RC vehicles, and wouldn't you know it, the claims I made seem to be true. The Arrma is marked up exactly 15% before your 'discount' which brings it back to MSRP, not MAP. And oddly the Traxxas was marked up %41.7 before being brought right back down to MSRP. Now for any customers reading this and looking at the photos you can check these yourself, the manufacturers for each of these two cars sell direct tot the public for the exact same price. But for a retailer to put a higher price on a price tag and mark that higher price as 'retail price' just to offer you a lower price on the same tag which is what that item sells for everywhere is just deceptive and deceitful.

Awesome store. Been going there for my RC supplies for years. I've known Brandon 20 years. At least he's great in the RC department. Manny's also good when it comes to the RC aircraft friendly staff. Good supply. If they don't have it they can get it to you in a couple of days.

I came here a few days ago to exchange a Warhammer 40k box and was absolutely floored by the selection of not just Warhammer, but all kinds of other hobbies, and especially the paints! By far one of the best selections of paints I've ever seen, and so much in stock, including Vallejo paints which are getting much harder to find! Just look at the pictures I've attached and see for yourself. I would've included a picture of the Warhammer section but it was during a weekly event day and I didn't want to bother anyone just for a photo. Make sure this store is in your rotation of local game shops!

Used to be my local hobby shop, now ill make the drive back home 3 hrs sometimes just to stop by and pick up the newest model kits. Evryone in their respective departments are so knowledgeable about any and all questions. Kevin specifically has been instrumental in many of my Gunpla purchases. Play space is nice, model stock is VERY good. All the hobbies here are really well represented and dont feel like they're lacking in variety of stock.

Very disappointing purchase experience. I ordered three items online for in-store pickup. For this location, you do not pay online—you pay when you pick up the order. The total on the website, including tax, was $16.41. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, the employee at the front told me the total was $20.14 instead. There was no explanation for the price difference, no attempt to honor the online price, and no offer to price match their own website. I was simply told that she had “never seen this happen before.” That response is unacceptable. If the website shows one price, the store should honor it or at least make an effort to resolve the discrepancy. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and frustrated. This experience has seriously lowered my trust in shopping here again. Update: The owner reached out and offered to make things right by refunding the price difference as store credit, which I appreciate. I’m glad the owner followed up and addressed the issue, but I hope future customers don’t run into the same confusion at pickup.

I walked in to purchase some gundam’s and I got amazing service with lots of intel. Very passionate employees here, very grateful he was the one who waited on me.

First time here and it is amazing! The board game, tabletop/card game, and train sections had me in awe!!! Ethan was fantastic and so helpful. He answered all my questions and even helped me place a special order for a game I've been searching high and low for! Can't wait to come back!!
