Very nice staff and very clean establishment. We were walk-ins, we were taken care of immediately. We had very little wait time. They had a B1G1 deal on piercing. We ended up getting and Eyebrow piercing and nose piercing. The lady was fast, gentle, kind, and friendly. Definitely worth stopping here.

My daughter and I went and got our noses pierced and she got her second lobes pierced. Then I went back by myself and got my third and fourth lobe piercings. Mallory was great. Very helpful and we've had no problems at all. I also went for the Friday the 13th flash sale and got my first tattoo. Scotty was very nice and did a great job. I'm sure we will be back. 😊

My daughters and I got tattoos from Kolby. We can't stop raving about our experience. All of our tattoos are wonderfully done - from the line work, to the shading to the actual art. But even more - we had a lovely day spending time with Kolby. He listened to all of our input and made adjustments accordingly. He was easy going, funny and genuinely kind. We all walked away with tattoos that match each of us - and had a great day! Would recommend Kolby 100 times over

I’ve been to this shop multiple times for piercings, for myself and for friends, so I feel like I’ve given them a fair chance. I’ll start with the positives. The place is really clean and neither me nor my friends have had any infections. Everything healed nicely and the prices for piercings are fair. As far as the actual work goes, your health is definitely in good hands. The reason I’m rating them so low is the customer service. Every single time I’ve come in, the people working the front have been rude and unwelcoming. It honestly feels like they don’t want to help you. I’ve spent a lot of time in tattoo shops since my husband is fully tatted, so I get that it’s not going to be super bubbly or anything. But there’s a difference between that and just being dismissive. I’ve been ignored while trying to ask questions, and when they finally acknowledge you, the attitude is cold and sometimes comes with dirty looks. I’ve never experienced that anywhere else, but since they’re so close to my house I kept brushing it off just to get what I needed done and leave. The experience that finally pushed me over the edge happened recently when I came in to ask about a tattoo. I was ignored at first, which I’ve come to expect, but once someone finally spoke to me I asked about walk ins. She said maybe not, so I asked if I could make an appointment. She basically said she’d just put me on a list and asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted to get my husband’s name tattooed and she gave both of us a really judgmental look and told me to write my name on a sticky note. I get that some artists don’t like doing name tattoos and that’s fine, I would’ve understood if they just said no. It’s the constant passive aggressive attitude that makes the whole experience uncomfortable. I really do think they’re talented and care about their work based on what I’ve gotten done. But the customer service just isn’t there. I’m not expecting anything over the top, just basic professionalism and clear communication. If something isn’t an option or there’s a certain way they do things, just say that. It would make a big difference.

Kolby did such a great job on my tattoos. From the first conversation to the final detail, he made the whole experience comfortable and easy. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and even gave me ideas to enhance it and make it different. His line work is super clean, the shading is smooth, and the attention to detail is unreal. You can tell he cares about his craft and his clients walking away happy. The shop in general was clean, professional, and had a good vibe. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend Kolby more. If you’re thinking about booking, do it.

The shop itself is quite nice and clean, and the front desk girls and most everyone there is so nice. Which is why I have given it 3 stars, plus they have very cute jewelry. But the piercer there is not very nice.. she acts angry or annoyed to do her job. I wanted to change something and she was visibly annoyed and it just ruined the whole experience. Not to mention I was pierced 2 months ago, and it still won't heal. And no it hasn't been slept on or mistreated. All in all, I don't even want to go back to have her look at it because she will just be aggravated. Not a people person. I think her name is Mallory.

The staff is very friendly, and professional. It was a very relaxing atmosphere, with an ever changing type of music always playing. Extremely clean, and inviting areas. There stayed a steady flow of customers. For my daughter's piercing they had at least 10+ choices. They let us know we needed her birth certificate, since she was under 18yo. Great prices for different piercings. When I finally get my 1st tattoo this is where I plan on going. The art work of the staff is amazing 👏 😍
