Problems with under the sink leak. Also needed a new faucet installed. Paul Ramirez was our repair man. He has done repairs before at our home. He is very nice, professional. Gets the job completed, doesn't leave a mess. So happy with his work? Really saved me. Family was coming to stay. So nice to have repairs finished. Katy Plumbing is a great Company . Very professional. Never disappointed with the service. Wish I knew about them when I needed A C repairs done. A different local Co. was overpriced, never on time. A real nightmare. On June 10, Paul Ramirez repaired our clogged AC condensate drain line.
Today, we discovered that the condensate drain pipe he installed had come apart/disconnected, allowing water to drain into our home instead of through the plumbing. As a result, we now have water damage to our downstairs kitchen, including:
* Water leaking from the upstairs through the ceiling.
* Visible ceiling swelling and drywall damage.
* Water intrusion into the vanity cabinet.
* Damage requiring immediate drying and repair to prevent further deterioration and mold.
I’ve attached photographs showing both the disconnected drain assembly and the resulting water damage.
Given that the failure appears to have occurred at the repair performed on June 10, I expect your company to treat this as an urgent matter. Please contact me immediately to:
1. Inspect the failed repair.
2. Stop any further damage.
3. Arrange for the necessary remediation and repairs to restore our home to its pre-loss condition.
I used Katy Plumbing for a plumbing repair in my guest bathroom. Preston was the plumber who came out it was very professional and he was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me into doing anything that I didn’t want. He did a great job and I recommend him and the company for future work.

The issue I have is the lack of communication from the office and customer service departments. I didn't get a call on when they were coming out, just a text but not a confirmation as I've been trying to coordinate the repair with the delivery with my washing machine. I also called to complain about the fact that the manufacturer did not make what was asked and nobody called me back. I felt I deserved a discount. If you see the attached picture you can see that the manufacturer made 2 blue sides.
I would highly recommend Manuel and Kevin but don't expect any help from customer service.
