Talk about "All The Things". Let me set the record straight. The only area where woman are naked is in the locker room. Outside of that everyone is clothed. Now that we got that understood, let's get into this Spa! I am in love with the "Full Body Goddess Scrub". I mean nothing was left unscrubbed 👀. The hot milk, the warm oil and honey, the wrap and the hot water bath. I think I fell asleep. I will be honest and say, if you are uncomfortable with being fully scrubbed, just let them know the areas you want to avoid. They don't scrub the fine china, but they definitely get the top of the shooter. I want a scrub once a month ijs. My favorite areas were the Fire Dome, The Himalayan Salt Room and the Wet Sauna. There is also an area to take a nap. Mannnn if you find something to complain about here, I would be shocked. I loved everything about this spa. They have a theater as well. If you want to journal or just sit and do nothing, there is plenty of options to lounge. They have a restaurant too. I saw a few rooms that we could access sooooooo Im guessing that's for a different tax bracket 🤔 🤣🤣🤣 IYKYK. I am signing up for whatever they are offering. Life is too short so get a FULL BODY SCRUB. Ohhh wait, they have an area for you to do your hair and make up too once they scrub you down and wash you off. Go get scrubbed.

My boss gifted our office with a massage and day at the spa. I have been to spas before and understand they work differently. I was welcomed by the young ladies upfront and they are very friendly. They charge you as soon as you walk in. I usually pay after the service and add the tip. They said you can add a tip after and put it on the card on file. I said not a problem thank you. Massage was great! Once I walked out she goes to point at a screen and ask what I’m tipping her? I tipped her cash. The bar only had a few options. She said we couldn’t order cocktails. We were disappointed. Facility was nice and lots to do! Now for my coworker.. she was followed to the bathroom for a tip! Not acceptable! She was going to add it to the card! That’s crazy! They should also turn off any personal cellphones in the room.

I visited this spa with my Sorority Sisters on 4.11.2026 after our monthly meeting. This was the perfect winddown to an eventful week. The vibe, food, relaxation was what I needed for a reset. When we arrived, we had lunch. I ordered the Bulgogi Fries amd the Asian wings in the café. After that we headed in to one of the meeting rooms for an icebreaker before indulging in Spa activities. I enjoyed the yellow archer clay room, arctic room, Far infrared sauna room, Fire dome, and forrest room. I had the opportunity to visit some of the other services offered. One of the gentleman that worked there was so sweet to offer to take our group photos for us.

My friend and I went to Spa World for the first time, and WE LOVED it! ❤️🧖🏻‍♀️ We dropped off my son, and he played for 4 hours at the play place area. We had to check him out after 2 hours, but I took him upstairs to the restaurant to get food and brought him back for another 2 hours. He would have stayed there all day if I let him. My girlfriend and I loved the rooms, and the customer service was outstanding! The rep even told me there was a Groupon, so I paid $31 per person instead of $45. We had a delicious lunch upstairs at the restaurant and we sat outside the bar area upstairs. We definitely want to come back and bring a book or journal. I’m going to try the skincare treatments or massages next time. We loved it!

There are two main Korean spas in the Houston area: Spa World and Gangnam Spa. I’ve been to both multiple times, and Spa World remains my favorite, mainly due to its location, size, amenities, and better managed. I often purchase a weekday Groupon for around $30, while regular admission is $45 per person. The spa is in Katy and has a large, dedicated parking lot. Check-in is straightforward: store your shoes in a numbered locker, give the key to staff, pay admission, and receive a separate key for your locker inside the bathhouse. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. (Tip: odd-numbered lockers in the bathhouse are on top, so choose accordingly if you prefer the top locker.) Inside the bathhouse, nudity is required. Men’s and women’s areas each feature three hot tubs (100–108°F), a steam sauna, dry sauna, cold plunge pool, a heated jet pool, and showers along the walls. On my most recent visit, one hot tub included a traditional herbal “tea bag” with lemongrass, ginger, and eucalyptus—a unique touch, but not a standard feature. In the co-ed common areas, guests wear the provided shorts and t-shirt. Here you’ll find dry saunas, a pyramid room, an ice room, and the “Fire Dome” or Bulgama, the hottest room. Upstairs, the two-story facility offers a forest room with relaxing projector effects, a theater room, infrared heating pads, and a space for virtual golf. There’s also a restaurant, bar, and café, though I usually bring my own food to focus on the spa experience. One note: on my last two visits, massage therapists were talking loudly in the common area outside the sleeping area. Each time, I reported it, and staff immediately addressed the issue with management. I appreciated how quickly they handled it; something you don't see happen at Gangnam Spa. Overall, Spa World is my go-to Korean spa in Houston. The amenities, space, and friendly staff make it well worth a visit, and I typically spend five to six hours enjoying the baths, saunas, and relaxation areas.

I've been visiting Korean bathhouses since 2009 and I have to say Spa World is one of the best. Between this and another well-known bathhouse in Houston, I can't say which one I like more. They each offer something unique but Spa World stands out because of how much they have to offer. It caters to the whole family. Your kids will love the indoor playground while you enjoy your spa time. The signage in the bath area, especially for newcomers. is so very helpful. One tip I'd offer would be to buy a pair of slip-socks. (It cost $4. But if you want to wear your own socks you can.) After soaking in the baths it helps to keep your feet clean and soft while moving through the spa. The bath area is set up with two hot baths and two warm baths. They are spacious with enough room for several people to be in it at once. The cold bath is just right for getting into after the hot bath. While soaking in the baths I noticed how often someone came in to wash down the shower areas. I also appreciated the signage that labeled what items were used and which ones were clean. As for the sauna rooms, wow, they are impressive. I love how soft my skin feels days after I've been to the bathhouse. The Salt Room is intense in the best way. I sat in there for about 15 minutes just allowing my body to get what it needed. One of my favorite rooms was the Gold Room. It's shaped like an Egyptian pyramid. The temperature isn't too hot. It was set to 112 degrees fahrenheit. I went in there after having lunch (which is recommended on their website) at the restaurant on the second floor and it was a perfect room to relax and prepare myself for the hotter rooms. There are also private, quiet rooms that you can take a nap in when your body calls for one. In between saunas you can relax at the full bar on the second floor, or the book nook, or play a game of simulated golf. I ended my time in the forest room where it's quiet and serene. Between the comfortable temperature and the chirping birds sound, you can easily catch a power nap that'll have you feeling refreshed and ready for your day.

Visited last weekend for a relaxing break with my mom. The staffs were warm and welcoming, making check-in easy even for first-timers. I tried the Bibimbob that reminded me of Korea. I was surprised to find a Pilates class offered here, and it made me want to try it next time. Even though we’re Korean, it felt wonderful to experience the same atmosphere and quality we’re used to back home. A perfect place to recharge.

This was honestly the best spa I’ve been to in Texas. The place is huge—two full stories dedicated to relaxation—and every part of it feels intentional. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere just slows you down. Whether you’re there to unwind, recharge, or just escape for a bit, it delivers. Definitely one of those spots you leave already planning your next visit. The parking lot was packed when leaving so be sure to get here early!
