They eventually found and fixed an issue that was genuinely hard to identify. I went in to have my car checked since the flat tire light was on. Adel welcomed me and listened to my concerns and immediately took action to address my car problem. Within less than 5 minutes, I had my car back with the air in my tires properly topped up and inflated and was good to go. Best of all, Adel didn’t charge me anything for the quick and efficient service. I will be using CincoAuto more moving forward. Great shop - took my car in for an alignment with aftermarket shocks and upper control arms. Adel M. did an awesome job and made sure to take my input into account when doing the work (camber and toe specifics). They’re upfront with pricing and it was reasonable for my car and requests. Shop waiting room was clean and ALL the staff were friendly and helpful. 14/10 would recommend. I will definitely be going back here!

We waited from November until now to get our truck back for a warranty engine repair. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process, and it constantly felt like our vehicle was being pushed aside. My parents both work, so being without a truck for months caused a huge inconvenience for our family. The only reason we finally got answers was because my dad had to repeatedly call and get upset just to get updates. Now that we finally have the truck back, there’s already another issue with the transmission. After waiting this long, it’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to still be dealing with problems. We understand repairs take time, but several months with little communication and repeated delays is unacceptable. We expected much better professionalism and customer service.

I had my 2019 towed in for a water pump replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was very transparent about pricing and exactly what work was needed. They were informative and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Special thanks to Jim, Kevin, and Cody for helping me out and staying open so I could pick up my suv.
