DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A KIA! These jokers tried to tell me that they ran the carfax on my Acura and it had extensive damage to the hood of the car! LIESSSSS! I had an accident for sure, but GEICO came out and took care of it and there was never damage to the roof. I was sideswiped. So that’s how they tried to swindle me out of $15,000 down on KIA! A KIA!😂They tried to tell me because my Auto loan credit was 643 and my car was in such a big accident they would be taking a hit if they took my car🫠I told them I was offered $6,000 down for the same exact car, SELTOS EX. The male rep I worked with and to bolster the lies he brought out some fast talking charlatan that looked like he should have a gold tooth and a pocket watch to confirm the lies. I think I would know if my car flipped multiple times. Imagine even putting such a lie on another human. Jesus. That alone scared me. I told the rep, if you truly ran my vin number and that is what Carfax said, they lied to you and I would never trust Carfax because I was so okay after that accident that I still drove to work and taught all five of my classes. They are not to be trusted. Oh and I almost forgot about how there is some loud mouth woman there that was screaming at another customer telling him that he did not get the offer he got from another dealership. Soooo unprofessional. She straight up said, “Yeah right, I want you to bring me a copy of that deal! I’ll believe it if I see it! We are open till 7!” I walked out at the same time as the man she disrespected. That level of disrespect was enough for me to see the class of this place. Not a classy move. I shouldn’t know his business, but I know it because she was so loud and disrespectful to him. They didn’t believe I got the great deal I got at Northstar Kia either, but here I am driving my beautiful Kia Seltos that I only had to put $6,000 down for with credit score. You know why? Because Northstar isn’t out here lying and stealing from people. They really worked super hard to get me my deal unless this John Starks dealership. John should evaluate his team because as a Black woman, I tried to support him, but they are some crooks at this spot. Since they keep calling me because of this very honest review and they know they behaved like this, I decided to also post proof of the deal I got at Northstar KIA. Oh and Northstar KIA hooked me up with all this free stuff for my car just because I am a public school teacher! Lol, get it together John Starks KIA. Treat New York City patrons with love and respect. And no, this review isn’t coming down because it is my true experience at this dealership so stop calling me and asking others to reach out to me because I don’t know anyone over there AT ALL!

I brought my wife here to get a Kia for her birthday. Collin was our salesperson. He made the whole experience amazing. And I told Collin how I had a John Starks rookie card. He went out of his way to have John Starks sign the card for me! So not only did my wife leave happy - so did I!
