This felt less like a business and more like an employee hangout. My boyfriend and I stopped by around 8:00 PM today, and even though the store was empty, it took 30 minutes to get our Churro VIP. The staff was completely distracted by a friend who was hanging out, and even walking behind the counter with them. There were 2 men there completely distracting the employees. Because they weren't paying attention, they ignored our basic instructions and completely forgot to include the churro in our order. Do your job right first, then hang out with your friends on the clock. Yall are TOO grown to know better smh.

Ordered through DoorDash and was charged for items that were never included in my order. I understand that restaurants run out of items sometimes, but there's no excuse for charging customers for food you know you can't provide. The order should be adjusted before it's sent out. Instead, the restaurant gets paid while customers are left to chase DoorDash for only a partial refund. That's not good customer service, and it's an unfair way to treat paying customers.

Pulled up for my usual The Doble Verde Smoothie #4. A delicious blend of Kale, Spinach, Blueberry, Strawberry, Banana, Dates, & Almond Milk! So good… Pull up and tell em’ BIG ROB sent you!

I really do absolutely love the menu and the 3 of the workers are very friendly and have great customer service.how ever the manager the shorter Hispanic lady with short black hair is rude as hell!!! Like lady learn customer service and also don’t hang up on customers while on the phone. I only ever order to pick via uber eats, now if the app doesn’t charger me extra that’s out of my control y’all need to get that situated with the app not take it out on the customers

If I could give this place no stars i would, Me and my son went to this establishment today to get smoothies and was treated so disrespectfully by the older, short Hispanic lady. I will never spend my money here again on top of that the smoothies was nasty, overly sweet like they poured a pound of sugar in it and the fruit taste old and spoiled definitely a 👎🏽

Owners need to check their morning staff. Short old lady is so rude it’s ridiculous. Lady with colorful eye makeup wants to up charge for any and every little thing which is so greedy and annoying, especially to a regular like me. If you only knew how much I’ve spent in this establishment… I’m not going to stay loyal to place like this, expecially in this economy.

Great place to eat. The food is spectacular! Clean and friendly staff. I went specifically for the fried plantains and I was told they were sold out. I think the owner went out of his way to get some and had them made for me. The ice coffee is better than Starbucks. My only regret. I dont live close by.

Friendly service and a nice place to pick up a healthy snack. 32 oz fruit cup = $10; 16oz. fruit cup = $7.
