Felipe was amazing! Our AC stopped running. We had another company out and they told us it was shot and had to be replaced for $30k. We decided to get a second opinion from EZ comfort. Felipe did an assessment and said it needed a repair. He was able to fix it for $300. I appreciated his honesty, excellent service, and sound advice. We will definitely be using EZ Comfort again! I feel like I can trust them and highly recommend them.

Big thanks to the team for their efficiency and dedication! Carlos and Felipe fixed our A/C unit and we couldn’t be happier. We live in an apartment and maintenance wasn’t able to get it fixed properly, so they called EZ Comfort. They showed up the same day, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed part of it on the spot. They did have to come back because a part needed to be ordered, but as soon as they had it, they came back, explained everything clearly, and fixed it for good. Super professional, polite, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!!!

Felipe Yanez was very thorough in showing and explaining the issue with the unit. He didn't rush through it. You all need more technicians like him. Excellent customer service which is rarely seen nowadays. Before today, 2 other technicians came out previously and I was left guessing what needed to be done.
