I met Abby Haun at Zadok earlier this year and she has been absolutely outstanding. She has taken the time to educate me on brands I was not very familiar with and has opened my eyes to collecting outside the typical brands I have focused on for decades. As a long-time collector and watch nerd, I usually find it very hard to connect with brand ambassadors or store representatives who don’t share the same passion. Abby is the complete opposite of that, and she makes every visit a special one. She is knowledgeable, patient and genuinely enthusiastic, which makes every visit to Zadok something I look forward to.
Just recently, she was instrumental in helping me choose the next piece of my collection, which I acquired in celebration of my 42nd birthday.
I have also enjoyed several recent Zadok events with her as a host, brought family members in to introduce them to the hobby, and, because of Abby’s consistently exceptional service, I will keep sending friends and colleagues her way. She is a true asset to Zadok and an absolute pleasure to work with.
We had an amazing experience purchasing our first JLC for my partner’s birthday. Rachel C. our specialist went above and beyond to ensure that the piece arrived on time for J’s birthday. Rachel was knowledgeable and, importantly, communicative through the entire process - especially as we had to quickly locate and procure the piece in time. Not only that, but Rachel ensured that we had a private delivery experience to make J’s experience truly special and memorable. Zadok should definitely be on your list if you're shopping for jewelry and luxury time pieces. We've been extremely pleased with their customer service and attention to detail. I had a great experience purchasing a Grand Seiko watch for myself and an Omega for my wife. Stephanie Scerb was my salesperson and she really knows her watches. She was patient when I struggled over my decision and gave zero pressure even after my 3rd trip to the store. She listened to what I wanted and then walked me through my options until I came to a decision. This store really has a huge selection of fine watches from Tudor all the way op to Vacheron Constantin.
I had a wonderful experience shopping at Zadok. The store is beautiful, the associates are friendly and are quick to offer help. I had the pleasure of working with Maria to find a milestone timepiece for myself and she really educated me about the brands they offer and the history behind each piece we explored. I could tell that Maria really values building a relationship with her clients.
Originally, I thought this trip was “just to browse” as I narrowed down my options but Maria introduced me to a stunning watch that Zadok had just gotten in from the latest Watches and Wonders and I made my purchase that day. I was impressed that Zadok had quickly procured so many of this year’s newly released timepieces. I would highly recommend shopping here for all your jewelry and watch needs - we will be back for my husband’s 30th!
Kristi helped me with the purchase of an engagement ring and then the wedding band. The first time we came in there my fiancé had an idea of what she wanted but we were both clueless on diamonds. Kristi was full of knowledge and she explained everything to us. We liked her so much we had to come back for the wedding band. The rings both look amazing, my fiancé loves them! Kristi made the whole experience great, we learned a lot and got two beautiful rings made with her. 10/10 recommend Kristi and Zadoks
Sales Manager Stephanie Scerb was extremely friendly and genuinely went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in for my appointment, she greeted me right away and made me feel completely at ease.
As a blue-collar guy, I’ll be honest—I felt a little uncomfortable at first because it’s not an environment I’m used to. But Stephanie’s professionalism, personality, and knowledge changed that immediately. She was very personable, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable about the brands I was looking for.
They also had an excellent selection of watches—honestly, it felt like walking into the Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory 🤯. I couldn’t recommend Stephanie and this place more. Will definitely buy my next watch here.
