If you are looking for authentic Lebanese cuisine, this family owned gem is a must visit. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The establishment is super clean, which is always a top priority for us. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was fresh and packed with traditional flavor. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the service. Samira was incredible; she greeted us with a huge smile and took the time to help us navigate the menu to ensure we made the perfect selections. Her recommendations were spot on! We will definitely be back. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of great food and genuine, heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!

Great experience at We’re-Dough! From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. I ordered the half cheese, half za’atar manousheh, and it did not disappoint—the bread was fresh, warm, and perfectly baked with just the right balance of crisp on the outside and softness inside. The cheese side was rich and satisfying, while the za’atar side had that classic savory, herby flavor with a nice hint of tanginess, making it a perfect combination. Overall, a simple but really enjoyable meal done right, and between the quality of the food and the genuinely friendly service, this is definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend.

We had a great experience at We Are Dough. We ordered kafta, fatteh, eggs with sujuk, regular kaak, and puffy kaak—and everything was delicious and very fresh. The flavors were authentic, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. The bread was especially good, soft and perfectly baked. Highly recommend if you’re in Houston and looking for quality Middle Eastern food. We’ll definitely be back!

We had breakfast at We're-Dough during our Houston trip, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, and beautifully prepared. The fluffy Akkawi cheese kaak is a must-try—the cheese was perfectly melty and the bread was soft and fresh. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back the next time we're in town. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful breakfast experience!

Delicious food. Fantastic service. An inviting and clean atmosphere. We stopped by for a late lunch and were pleasantly impressed with the textures and flavors, the music, and even the playful cartoons playing on the screens.

The decor is unique and charming, with thoughtful details that make it feel welcoming and a little elevated rather than just casual. I really enjoyed starting with a hot mint tea, which was soothing and fragrant a perfect complement to the food. The cheese kaak was served fresh and warm, with a nicely crisp exterior and a soft, cheesy center. It’s simple but very satisfying, especially if you appreciate classic Lebanese flavors done well. Overall, this is a great place to relax, catch up with someone, and enjoy comforting food in a calm, inviting environment. I’d definitely come back to try more from the menu

The food its incredibly delicious and fulfilling! I loved the foul and the falafel, it really tasty, crunchy, creamy, all great. But, the only issue I have that they dont have more plant-based options... I know its a Lebanese place and they have what they eat in that country, however, they could make vegan versions of their plates. No need to kill animals and get their secretions to serve cheese and flesh... for sure there is a better way.

We’re Dough has been a go-to spot for me for years. The food is consistently good, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is always friendly. One of my favorite places in Houston.
