I had an amazing experience at Vision Corner with Dr. Sophia Barnes and her team. After years of rushed eye exams at different places — usually 30 minutes or less — and spending thousands of dollars on glasses that never worked well for me, this was the first time I felt someone truly took the time to understand my vision needs. Dr. Barnes spent almost two hours doing multiple tests and carefully figuring out exactly what type of lenses would work best for my lifestyle, especially since I work on a laptop with multiple monitors around me. She was so detailed that in the middle of exam, she even sent me back to my office with a measuring tape to measure the exact distance between my eyes and my different monitors and other work areas, then used that information to calculate and design the right multi-focal lens options for me. She recommended both office lenses and progressive SmartLife lenses for everyday use, customized for both function and comfort. I also worked with Lilly, the treatment coordinator, and she was fantastic. She clearly loves what she does and was very patient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. I’m very picky about glasses and lenses, and I do a lot of research myself, so I had some very specific technical questions. Instead of guessing or brushing me off, Lilly picked up the phone and called the lab directly to confirm details about Zeiss flash coating colors. That level of care is rare. I even came back the next day asking about sapphire flash coating, and she had already added it before I asked. What impressed me most was the combination of expertise, patience, humility, and genuine care. No ego, no rushing, no pressure, just a team that wanted to get everything right. I walked in without an appointment and ended up receiving one of the most thorough and customized eye care experiences I’ve ever had. Huge kudos to Dr. Sophia Barnes, Lilly, and the Vision Corner team. Five stars without hesitation. I will recommend you to all of my friends & family.

Dr. Savastana, Fizzah, Lilly, Karla, and Alondra made my experience at the optometrist office exceptional. Dr. Savastana was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my care. Fizzah, Lilly, Karla, and Alondra were all so warm, professional, and attentive. They made the entire visit smooth and welcoming from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about patients and work really well as a team. Overall, such a positive experience, I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and amazing staff!

Highly recommend Vision Corner and Dr Barnes! I’ve been coming here for the last 2-3 years for my annual and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Dr Barnes is a lovely person, always takes the time to appreciate my loyalty with Vision Corner and is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in her field. The office is clean and I appreciate that they always have new technology to make eye appointments more comfortable. The other techs/staff are also friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a new eye doctor definitely give this place a try :)

I came here for my annual eye exam and had a great experience overall. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially appreciated how flexible they were when I was running close to missing my appointment. That alone says a lot about their customer service. They do try to upsell you on a few add-ons and products, so just be aware of that, but it wasn’t overly pushy. The quality of care more than made up for it. The office uses advanced technology, the process was efficient, parking was easy, and the staff was attentive throughout my visit. Most importantly, the optometrist was amazing thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well taken care of and confident in the results of my exam. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be back for future visits.

Dr. Barnes was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything about my eye health, which I really appreciated. Alondra was super helpful and patient while I browsed frames—there was absolutely no pressure, and she helped narrow down the amazing options to find what fit me best. Highly recommend!
