U.S. Coins and Jewelry

This was the lowest offer I had from each gold bouillon buyers out of many, including scrap gold. I had high hopes for a fair deal here after recommendations and reviews. Leaving 1 star because they weren’t rude at all, but besides the courtesy overall, even trying to reasonably negotiate their offer was offensive. Their best offer for 50 2011 gold buffalos still sleeved from the mint with original purchase receipt from Pneumatic Coin Exchange was 4% under spot at best, not a chance at anything better. Like I was lucky for the price. Thankfully I had at least 8 quotes before I went, including some pawn shops for giggles. They tried to make it sound like that was the absolute best I could have gotten, so I just went back to Empire a few miles a way which was quick and very fair. A few hundred per ounce more than here and it was such an easy experience. Sorry to leave this, but I put enough work into getting the best value for what I have, and I wanted somewhere I could continue to liquidate the other 48 oz in the future. I tried to reason with the gentleman but again, he asked me where I had a better offer from so he could sell his gold. Figured I’d give the answer here. Very glad I was not in a rush.

I've been here twice in the last few weeks and had a wonderful experience both times. The entire retail team is friendly and helpful from the second you walk in the door and not pushy AT ALL. I really cannot say enough about them At my first visit, I just happened to be called back by Josh Sandler. I didn't really know what I was doing so I asked him to break things down for me in a way that I could understand. He did an excellent job, without making me feel like an idiot. When it was all said and done, I asked him for a business card. He was out at the time so he wrote his name, direct line and even his cell phone number on a note card for me. Earlier this week I decided it was time to go back to sell some silver. I text Josh on his cell and he got back to me immediately. I made an appointment for this morning and, once again, had an awesome experience with everyone there. They also pay more for your silver and gold (and other metals, I'm sure) than any other dealer I've dealt with or called for pricing in the area. I'm soooo glad I gave them a chance. As long as they are around, that's where I will take my business.

FYI they're paying 70-75% spot for at least 22k gold coins, was quoted a regular or slabbed U.S. $20 pre 1933 gold eagle for $3600~ buyback as of today 6/19/26 😬. Also, the sale rep asked to cut the coin up to test it with acid 🤣 they don't have a sigma tester at a COINS SHOP? FWIW they paid me $3k for a 22k gold coin weight 36 grams. Obviously if you're desperate or need quick cash then this places like this will do, you can do much better selling your own gold at spot with private sale. Don't expect fair market value for numismatistic stuff or spot price at these places. Also they don't quote anything on the phone so you'll have to be person to get an actual number. Didn't see a showroom, all the guests I saw are selling off their gold/silver or trading cards.
