They used to be great, but recently they restructured, and things have become terrible. I contacted them for support with my current policies. They just kicked me around, and the issue was never resolved. I called the number listed on the website. They said they were not in charge of my policy and transferred me to another team, but the call never connected. I emailed them, and no one replied to me. Very disappointed!
