Every dessert is a true work of art, but what truly makes it special is the people. The staff is simply amazing 💕 Every time I visit, they welcome me with a smile and even offer a small tasting — such a thoughtful detail that shows how much love and care they put into their service. I’m Mexican 🇲🇽, and walking into this place makes me feel at home… it’s cozy, warm, and filled with flavors that truly comfort the heart. The baklava is absolutely spectacular 😍 and the famous Dubai strawberries are beyond delicious! My daughter tried the mango-shaped ice cream and it was truly incredible 🥭 — beautiful presentation and amazing flavor. I truly recommend everyone to visit and experience it for yourselves. The place was cute, but the food just didn’t work for me and my girl. The choco/strawberry coffee was not good at all. My girl handed it to me to try, but I just couldn’t get into it either. The chocolate cake was underwhelming…it was dry and with little taste. We really wanted to like the place, but we ended up just going someplace else.

Come get your Dubai cookie ice cream and cakey treats Suzie always hooks it up! Best in town, hands down. Everything is fresh, delicious, and packed with flavor. Definitely a spot you have to try!”

This place was like walking into a candy store. There were so many different pastries, ice cream, Mediterranean desserts, and even the viral fruit shaped desserts. If you have a sweet tooth this is the place you want to be especially if you like Dubai chocolate. They have a variety of different Dubai chocolates. I got the mushroom shaped dessert which was basically a red velvet cake, sugar free Dubai chocolate which tasted similar just without all the sugar, and the smores Dubai chocolate and that one was the highlight-had graham cracker, marshmallow fluff, and the pistachio filling all encompassed by the chocolate shell.

I had the most amazing experience at Suzie’s Pastry Shoppe! From the moment I walked in, the service was absolutely outstanding. The pastries were fresh, delicious, and made with so much care — you can truly taste the quality. A very special thank you to Feda, who was incredibly kind, patient, and super helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel so welcomed. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days! I highly recommend Suzie’s Pastry Shoppe to anyone looking for beautiful, delicious treats and exceptional service. I will definitely be coming back!

If I could give it 10 or 100 stars. I absolutely would! Suzie’s is by far the absolute best! I’ve tried several other places but none of them have been as good as Suzie’s. My siblings, niece and I visited the shop. They picked out a fruit shaped dessert along with other desserts. I just got 1 “fruit” shaped dessert - the mushroom. I immediately wanted to dig in as soon as we got into the car but I had enough self control to wait an hour (until I was home). The mousse was light and rich in flavor (not overpoweringly sweet but just the right amount of sweetness). Believe me… Suzie’s is definitely worth that hour (1 way) long drive. I will be going back to order a few because… 1. I was not about to share the only one I got last time 2. It was incredibly hard to decide which flavor I wanted because they all looked incredible

My family and I have been going to Suzie’s Pastry Shoppe for years, long before its well-deserved rise to fame as a place with the best Dubai chocolate desserts in Houston (my opinion, possibly the world). I had my birthday in November and completely forgot to order myself a Dubai Chocolate Cake for the party. I called them desperately hoping they could make one in time as it is made to order and they said they’d have it ready in two hours for me. It was AMAZING by the way, as all their desserts are to me. It became so popular my family and friends ordered the same cake for various events with their friends, family, and coworkers. I became a trendsetter haha. Whether you’re craving cake, baklava, pastries, or anything else- Suzie’s is the place to go in Houston. The service you get from the friendly staff is also amazing and they give wonderful recommendations and clearly take pride in what they do. Pretty sure it’s family owned as well and we should all aspire to support local! Cannot recommend it enough.

There baklava is crunchy and delicious 😋 u can taste the butter they add. We got the pistachio one. And then the cake 🍰 was tasty not to sweet and also the Dubai chocolate bar was delicious 🤤 Some stuff is alittle more pricey then some other places.
