Similar experience like couple of folks in the reviews. First they didn’t tell me how much they are going to charge for contact lens fitting. Then I was given expired contacts trials (expired in 2024 and 2025) which are a health hazard. How can a professional optometrist have expired trial On’s for that long. Then during checkout, they were asking me to pay $80 (basically for the expired trial On’s) saying the assistant forgot to tell me about it and I need to pay the amount regardless. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t worthy of recommending them. Rather be careful if you are going for a contact lens fitting.

Viri the area manager was outstanding. She listened to our needs, helped us from start to finish deciding what’s best for what we need. Store had nice ample selection of frames. Very satisfied customers. I will bring my friends and family here.
