I brought my 2008 Miata to the shop after it had been in an accident. I also had some maintenance done at the same time. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Ford and his team on the collision side carefully repaired my car and made it look brand new. Donnie and his team on the maintenance side gave me really trustworthy advice and they did a great job as well. I know I can trust these guys, and it is such a relief to have found a high-quality shop like this. Even better that they are in my backyard! Just got my car back and I’m impressed! I had a minor accident and some paint scratched down to the metal and the plastic trim that also was damaged. They fixed everything and marched the paint perfectly! It’s like it never even happened. The price was comparable to other businesses in the area and the service was great. The turnaround time was pretty quick to me and the service advisors made sure to give me updates on the vehicle regularly.

I backed into a pole at a gas station as much as I can figure during a bad storm with thunder and lightning I never felt anything or I got hit in a parking lot but regardless I had damage I went and spoke with the estermator named Jesse he took my car the same day and even provided me with a loaner vehicle my SUV was taken care of by him and you body shop and within days all the work was done and everything looks great I'm not from around here I'm from Massachusetts and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work you all did !! I would highly recommend your business to anyone I see !! Thank you again

I went in to get an estimate on some damage to my front bumper. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jesse and it was a great experience. They did some temporary work for the immediate future and got me an estimate for all of the work that needed to be done. Jesse was fantastic and very professional which is sometimes hard to come by at body shops. Will definitely be using their services moving forward.

I would recommend Master Car Care & Collision to anyone! Hands down I’ve had the best experience with them every time I’ve gone in for service or repair. I drive a 2018 Subaru forester with over 75,000 miles so naturally it’s needing more tlc these days. My last experience with Master Care on Yale St in Houston was amazing and pain free. Joe caught some issues and was able to get me in and out in one day. He was super helpful and accommodating. The services are always at a fair price and I know I can trust them in taking good care of my car. If you go here you won’t regret it. It’s the only shop I’ll go to worry free.

By far, one of the best auto shops in Houston. I’ve brought in two vehicles with this crew and the service is always above and beyond, the detailed report with photos is very helpful. I also admire the free diagnostic along with breakdown of was more urgent than next thing versus other shops that push as if everything is urgent right now. Specifically want to recognize Tyler as he has always been more than helpful in getting things done as as well as as Alex.

I feel fortunate to have a trustworthy and reliable auto repair shop in Master Car Care & Collision. I always receive top notch service with their care team. This time it was Joe who was a pleasure to deal with. The last visit was with Gary who took good care of my vehicle situation.

Called and spoke with Joe. His phone presence immediately made me feel comfortable about bringing my car in to have the brakes checked (based on the dealer’s recommendation). They took the car back almost immediately. Joe later explained that the brakes and rotors did not need to be replaced at this time. There was no charge for the assessment. They will definitely be my go-to shop for any future mechanical work. Thanks team!
