Masraff's

My family came here for my dad’s 70th. We are the type of people to only look for good food. But this restaurant has some of the best service I ever experienced. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, wine list, checked in on us enough to make us feel attended to but not so much that it felt burdensome. The owner also came by to greet us and gifted us some dessert on the house. Just from service alone I’d highly recommend this restaurant!! Aside from that, the food was delicious. We ordered the calamari per recommendation and it was quite honestly one of the best squid I’ve ever had. It’s not fried, but it has this lovely flavorful sauce that pairs amazingly with the house bread. Their Brussels sprouts were also delicious. For entree you cannot go wrong with the red snapper, duck, and lamb. The king salmon was the daily special but it was divine. And their merengue dessert was a delight. If you’re looking to be spoiled with good service and good food, I highly recommend!!!

We hired Masraff’s for our wedding catering and it was absolutely perfect. Our guests still gush about how good the food was. They were a dream to plan with and made the whole experience incredibly special. This was one of the more expensive caterers but the quality of food was undeniable. They truly created confections that delighted and satisfied everyone at our wedding 💕

The ambiance here is nice and makes for an enjoyable dining experience. I ordered the filet medium rare, but it initially came out much rarer than I prefer. To their credit, the staff handled it very well and promptly corrected it. Overall, the steak was just okay—nothing bad, but not particularly memorable either. I did finish the meal, but it didn’t quite stand out. My wife ordered the sea bass and absolutely loved it. I tried a bite myself and have to agree—it was excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal. The bread they bring out is also quite good. The combination of cheese and rosemary is a bit unusual, but it works and adds a nice touch. I also ordered a whiskey neat, but unfortunately there were small food particles in the glass. Under normal circumstances I would have mentioned it, but since I had already sent my steak back once, I chose not to.

And then, the moment that made Mothers Day unforgettable. The owner’s father came to our table, and what began as a simple greeting turned into a heartfelt, captivating conversation. He shared the story of Masraff’s, the meaning behind the name, and the richness of their Armenian heritage. Listening to him speak about family, tradition, and the journey that shaped the restaurant was a gift. It added soul to the meal, depth to the experience, and warmth to the night. I absolutely loved every second of it. It’s not often that a restaurant feeds both your appetite and your spirit, but Masraff’s does exactly that. I left completely impressed, deeply satisfied, and already planning my next visit. Masraff’s isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a masterpiece of hospitality, culture, and culinary excellence right here in Katy.

Went here for Valentine’s Day with my husband and was blown away! The food was amazing and reasonably priced for how upscale the menu was. The chocolate crème brûlée was probably the best dessert I’ve ever had. The service was also great for how busy it was. I look forward to going back to explore their regular menu.

The Masraff’s wedge salad was delicious and a generous portion. The Chilean Seabass Was tender and just melted in my mouth. Mr. Masraff personally came to ensure all the guests were enjoying their meal. This is on upscale restaurant stand out! I look forward to dining at Masraff's again in the near future.

Upscale Mediterranean flare for the win!! Each dish has its own very unique concept and flavor. This was not only a dining experience but an experience in artful takes on food.

I was at a IABC luncheon here and the servers did an absolutely fabulous job! Coming from the restaurant business myself and paying attention to details, I was thoroughly impressed not only with the food but the level of top tier professionalism of the servers down to the wait time in between appetizers, main courses and our drinks being subtly filled while quickly maneuvering for us to see the screen and to never be a distraction during the presentation. It was in a tight room too- when I tell you they must practice going in between those tables and around those corners! 😍 Bravo Masraff's! I was not expecting to moan on that Clam Chowder soup! ☺️🥰
