I had a great experience here. From the moment I arrived to the moment I drove away in my new Vehicle. Hector Villegas did a great job showing me around and explaining the difference in the 2 vehicles I was indecisive about. He is very knowledgeable in all the features of every vehicle I asked about. He was very patient with us, he took his time to ask about our commutes and explained which we vehicle would fit our family best.
When it came down to it he made sure we explained all of our payment options and worked around my down payment. He respected our budget and not once did we feel pressured. He really worked hard for us . The night we signed off on everything he even ubered us burgers as we had just gotten off of work! We appreciate all the work that went into getting our vehicle. Especially being a first time buyer. 10/10 recommend. We will be coming back for another vehicle soon !!

I had the best experience at Joe Myers Toyota Dealership. My search was approximately 10-12 weeks of daily calls, texts, emails around Houston, Dallas, OK City. Started chatting with salesman Ngac Nguyen. Discovered a very different style of salesman he was a knowledgeable hardworking individual who was as good as any concierge at a 5star hotel. He went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle (2026 Toyota 4 Runner Hybrid 4Runner) I wanted with everything I needed in it. Held the vehicle until my day off, arranged to have all loose ends taken care of so when I drove in 4 hours one way to buy this suv everything would be ready. All I did was drive in, sign paperwork, just that easy. I was back on the road driving 4 hours home. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new 4 Runner. So shout out to Ngac Nguyen and finance guy (forgot his name) for explaining everything Ngac for finding the suv & helping me set up all the bells & whistles on this ride!!! We had such an amazing experience with purchasing our new car! Jay Aquino was our sales agent and was very much helpful and friendly, he assisted us every step and tried to stay as close as possible on the amount he promised us he’d give. We went there later in the evening around 7:00 PM yet we never felt that we were being rushed and able to get the car much better than what we wanted.
