The legend himself Mattress Mack. Great quality furniture , proudly made in America. Same day delivery and outstanding customer service. His store is as big and as warm as his heart. Always one of the first to Help Houstonians, whenever disaster strikes. He loves the city , and loves the people. A honor to support such a great person. Store is exceptionally clean, with sets and pieces for every budget, salespeople are very attentive and helpful. Very patient with questions and measurements. We had an outstanding experience thanks to our salesperson, Francis Kargbo. He listened carefully, wasn’t pushy, and answered every question with patience and respect—even when we chose not to buy the same day. When we called back to place our order, he made the process effortless. Our bedroom set was delivered the same day, and Francis checked in with us throughout the entire process to make sure we were happy. The delivery team was fast, precise, and incredibly strong. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. We were also pleasantly surprised by how involved Mattress Mack was—from the holiday sale to providing his direct number for any concerns. He even sent us a thank‑you message, which meant a lot. The entire experience was stress‑free from start to finish. We will definitely be back for more items.

This was an awesome and amazing experience. You get in and is a welcome party. They ask questions and give a quick tour. Then they ask what you are looking for then find it for you. As a bonus mattress mack walks around and is so friendly. Their furniture is solid not cheap material. It's going to last. Must go for experience and good service. Gallery furniture is a Houston landmark to me.

Stopped here to look at furniture after I purchased a house in Cape Conroe after I got a recommendation from my Aunt. I spoke to a gentleman they call the Marine before I arrived and he set me up with a salesman named Phu Huynh who showed me around. As he showed me there was zero pressure from him at all. It was actually a pleasure walking around. Much different from what I was used to in NY where I was from. I made my selections then I was told it could be delivered and installed the same day which blew me away. We never get that type of service in NY. I must say all the staff here are friendly and professional. Phu was amazing he definitely needs to be recognized for his professional attitude and personality. The delivery and assembly guy's were just as amazing. They were fast, friendly and very professional and meticulous with everything so Bravo Zulu to them. A big shout out to Mattress Mack for actually calling me up the following day to check and see how everything went. That was the first time an owner from any business has ever checked up on anything in my life. So a big thanks! I've have nothing but good things to say about Gallery Furniture. The furniture is top notch, along with the service and everything else. I'll definitely be back and definitely recommend them to everyone!

I was looking for a recliner chair that would lay down comfortably and be able to lift me to a standing position and small enough for an apartment.. I'm getting ready for total hip replacement this monday and I know, from previous experience with the knee surgery, the hardest part for recovery was getting up from a sitting position.. So had saw all the advertisements in regards to the maxZcliner, so I decided to check it out .Major game changer perfect size does exactly what I needed to do and a cool feature is it has the LED lighting at the bottom of the chair. The delivery guys were awesome. Super nice, very professional did a great job in and out perfect service... It's getting colder and what made the whole experience great Is Mac himself personally called me to thank me... Best experience ever!

We had a very good experience with gallery furniture. The showroom floor representative was very knowledgeable about all of the different mattresses that were available. And took his time in allowing us to try the different mattresses. It was a great experience. Also, The delivery crew was very cordial and came in and set up the new mattress very quickly. And even hauled off the old mattress and bed springs for us. The whole process was very professional and done with great speed and efficiency. I highly recommend anyone to use Gallery Furniture when shopping for a new mattress.
