The flowers are absolutely beautiful and smell so nice! Nicole texted earlier and gave me the shop number to call if I wasn’t expecting a delivery. I liked that! I happened to be outside when she came to deliver them and she was so friendly and polite!

There was great communication from the delivery person earlier on . She did not make a promise of an exact time in case something happened in traffic. It is the Houston area, something is always gonna happen. She sent a message when she was about 10 minutes out. Once she arrived she was very friendly and smiled a lot. I appreciated every part of the delivery process. AND THISE FLOWERS, GORGEOUS. They were so beautifully arranged, so colorful and so full. I sent a picture to the giver and she was as impressed as I was. Made my day! Just beautifully completed.
The Flower arrangement was beautiful. It was a last minute thing to cheer up a friend, but Flower Concepts was right on top on it. They ensured it was as beautiful as the picture. Nicole the delivery woman was great. We communicated very well. I like the fact that she sends pictures of confirmation delivery and texts you for any special instructions. This florist was nothing short of amazing. We had to return an arrangement from another florist at the last minute and called Floral Concepts. They were able to put together this arrangement and deliver it in less than 24 hrs. It was beautiful and we received numerous compliments on them. The delivery driver was extremely communicative and pleasant. We will definitely use them again in the future.
Oriana was amazing! She messaged me prior to arrival to confirm someone would be home and I was initially taken back and thought she had the wrong address and wrong person bc it’s not a holiday or anyone’s birthday so I couldn’t believe someone sent me something on a random day! UPDATE - This is what I was able to salvage from the arrangement today and place in a jelly jar. Still pretty though disappointing. Meanwhile flowers picked at Krogers two weeks ago and put in a vase are still going strong.
