Excellent store for stationary and amazing writing instruments. Basic stickers and journaling items and highest end pens in one store. Reminiscent of Tokyo stationary shops. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Notebook prices were excellent as well. If you collect Eki style stamps they had three at the counter. If in this area don’t miss the opportunity to look around here.

Fantastic little store! Stopped by to pick up some nibs and ink for my lamy safari pen and was not prepared for the amount of variety this place had. Ended up picking up some notepads as well since all of the chain retailers have the worst quality paper in theirs. The employee that helped me was also fantastic, I was immediately greeted when I walked in and they were prepared for every question or request I had. Can’t wait to stop by again when I have more time to explore what all they have and test out some pens

Went in to have a fountain pen I bought elsewhere looked at, wasn't working well. Associate spent forty-five minutes with me, showing me how to take it apart and clean it, totally awesome service with no hint of pressure for me to buy anything. Did wind up buying some ink (they have ALL kinds, in ALL colors) to not feel like I had completely taken advantage of them. Great, family vibe. Lots of cool writing instruments! Pay them a visit!

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had while pen shopping online! So on the day of the new Estie Bestie drop, I wanted to order my pen from here so I could get a techo nib. They are out of stock literally everywhere and I’d already emailed Dromgoole and they said they could order the nib, I would just have to wait for it to arrive for my pen to ship. So I had been waiting for my next Estie purchase to do this, okay. But when the time came to order, I put the pen in my cart with the Techo nib and went to check out and the Shopify app logged me in to pay but stripped the nib selection from my order. I immediately panicked and sent an email saying I wanted to Techo nib and I’d pay the difference! But before I got too worked up I got a call from Drom’s customer service to ask about my order. I was able to explain what happened, get my correct nib added on to my order, he sent me an invoice to pay the difference, plus he put a special note into the order that I needed a gold nib specifically because I’m allergic to palladium. My pen just arrived and it’s phenomenal, the nib is absolutely lovely, everything was wrapped so safely. And it all arrived in like 2 weeks instead of the 4-6 wait time that I was expecting. Overall I cannot recommend Dromgoole enough, they are the sweetest and I’ll definitely be shopping with them again in the future! I highly recommend them, especially if you want a custom ground Esterbrook nib!

So many people have shared the majesty of Dromgoole's. A stationary enthusiast's dream where you can find a variety of notebooks, pens, ink, and so much more. They have all the standards when it comes to notebooks and journals. A very attentive staff who will welcome a novice into the world and can cater to the most knowledgeable in fine pen craftsmanship. A definite stop if you are looking to up your journaling/agenda game.

I had a wonderful experience buying my first Lamy. I will highly recommend this location. It was very busy but staff was very helpful from the minute I called in -- to ask about the Lamy I wanted, until I found the one I wanted. 🙌👍👍🙏💯❤️

We stopped in this store because of a sign advertising a pen sale, and I am so glad we did. To say they carry pens is an understatement. They have entry level pens to fountain pens priced in the thousands. They also have paper galore, stationary items, knives, and ink...omg the ink! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. This is a must visit if you love fountain pens and ink.

I went to the Lamy Build-a-Pen event at Dromgoole’s. Despite the crowd (this was obviously a VERY popular event), employees handled it very well and it didn’t take long to design my custom pen. After I had my custom Lamy, I spent some time looking through the store. They had several fountain pens inked for customers to try, and I found a TWSBI Diamond 580 ALR that I loved. Not only that, but this pen was filled with an ink that was a beautiful golden brown. They carry a LOT of inks, so I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find this specific ink. I asked an employee, and Peyton was quickly able to identify it as KWZ Cappuccino. I bought the TWSBI pen and a bottle of the Cappuccino ink. The staff is very helpful when you need it, but will also let you browse with no pressure. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for writing instruments or supplies.
