UPDATE: Well after a full month the couch finally was delivered BUT kicker, not the one I ordered. They finally told me at the store that the one I order was lost or something in shipping and then was told they had one just like it but "nicer" I agreed to accept the other one. Delivered 5 days after promised delivery date and the delivery driver dropped it in the rocks out front and left. After getting help to get it in the house and unpacked it is in fact not a nicer couch. It is a down graded model that is listed for much cheaper on their website. The one I ordered had power recliners and usb ports. This one is manual, no usb ports and just a cheaper model. The best part is this company sent the original invoice to the finance company expecting me to pay the same price for less of a couch. I have opened an investigation with the finance company to rectify this. I will keep the couch that was sent because after this headache I am not dealing with trying to return it and get charged a return fee but I refuse to pay the same price for a down graded couch.
This place has zero communication and are not upfront with their pricing. I have been trying to order for over a month now, finally got it ordered or so I thought and they charged me hundreds of dollars over the price listed on the website and now will not respond on if my order has even been shipped or not. At this point even if it does arrive who knows the condition and what their customer service is like after the fact if they are this bad just trying to spend your money there. Horrible company. Do not recommend.
