Dr. Salem and his people are top notch.
I'm 22 years old and I had an anonymous fully developed cataract that today was resolved. From start to finish I was treated with respect and incredible communication throughout the entire process. I was quite nervous being so young and my cataract being "fully white". But despite that, Dr. Salem successfully and I might add even quickly and painlessly worked on me and I'm now sitting at home recovering and seeing out of an eye I was essentially blind in for almost 5 years. I would highly recommend these folks. Thank you again to all the folks at Diagnostic Eye Center.
Customer Service is so awesome here. They treat you like family. Ms Kat - Tech is very kind and sweet. I was so nervous however Ms Kat made me feel so comfortable and informed me of each step she was doing to me. My DR is DR Banda who is so kind too Also I was a few minutes however the Receptionist told me don’t worry. Most DR Office staff would have told you to reschedule and charge you a fee. Thank you to this wonderful staff who’s so kind. GOD BLESS y’all.
Dr Sanders performed a YAG laser capsulotomy for my right eye, yesterday. I was anxious. Once his staff began the process, my stress left and the process went smoothly. All my questions were answered. Dr Sanders is easy to talk to and he is skilled in his profession. His staff is friendly and kind. The facility is clean and in good repair. Parking is free and close to the elevator. I highly recommend Dr Sanders for your next eye-care needs!
I don't normally expect first-class treatment at a medical office, but these folks really provided a great experience. Dr. Salem, Ryan, and the front office staff were courteous, friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Another plus was that there were no lengthy waiting periods. They treated me like my time was also valuable. Dr. Salem and Ryan did not rush me. They completely answered all my questions. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of vision care.
I cannot recommend Dr. Lozano and the Diagnostic Eye Center enough! I take my three daughters to see her, and we all have prescription glasses. Dr. Lozano is fantastic!!! 👏🏼👏🏼she is so patient and knowledgeable with both adults and children.
The entire team is incredibly professional and welcoming. A huge plus is that they have an integrated optical shop right there in the office, which makes picking out and ordering our lenses and unique frames (they have a brand from Barcelona that I love so much ) so easy and convenient. We love coming here!
I had exceptional, thorough and friendly treatment at the Diagnostic Eye Center. The staff took their time answering all of my questions. I never felt hurried. They have the most updated machines to check out my eyes. Each of the doctors and staff were kind and treated me with great value. I highly recommend Diagnostic Eye Center.
The office is run efficiently and my appointments are always on time. I never have to sit and wait. I just had cataract surgery and the results were excellent—beyond what I expected. My surgeon was Dr. Sanders. My regular appointments and follow ups are with Dr. Welton. He is always knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I particularly like that he explains everything thoroughly.
I had a very nice experience. I always do the young lady that helped me. I forgot her name and I am so sorry but she was the most gracious. The most nicest she was everything that she needed to be in her heart. I wouldn't mind having the same person, wait on me again when I come from my this Visit.
