Cotto e Crudo is a total hidden gem that grand opened a little bit over a year ago, and it is hands down the best casual Italian spot around. We’ve already been back four times, and every single sandwich we had is amazing in its own way. The Pollo Milanese sandwich is an absolute must-try. The vibe is super casual and relaxed. You just order at the counter, and they bring the fresh food right out to your table. Inside, they have about 10 tables plus some high tops, and there are even more comfy couches and tables outdoors. Their homemade bread is always fresh and they use high-quality meats and cheeses. Aside from the sandwiches, their Vodka Pasta is incredible—it is rich and creamy with smoky pancetta. You get huge sandwich portions for a really reasonable price, which is hard to find for food this good. Besides the sandwiches and pasta, they have salads, coffee, pastries, and other beverages. We’re officially regulars!

Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday and was thoroughly impressed. The food was exceptional—the Tartufo and Pollo Milanese panuozzos were absolutely delicious. Serving size was huge. Every bite felt like a little taste of Italy. Can’t wait to come back!!

Located in the galleria area is Cotto e Crudo. It’s an Italian joint that does salads and sandwiches. Simple yet elegant. We had left a wedding so we were a tad dressed up for the local Missouri City fare lol so we decided on here. Now it’s in the shopping center where Bosscat and Urbn Dental is so parking can be precarious. Saw a Tezzy getting towed while eating so beware. Then again we’re in a recession so maybe our “winning” had something to do with it. Now this place is a go order at the front of it and self serve after that. People will run your food and drinks but you don’t have a server per se. It can be good and bad but I get it, I suppose. Sit outside while we have “patio weather” - s/o my guy @nathan Pollo Milanese 8/10 - man this would be a 9 if they just threw on some seasoning. It all blends perfectly but I wanted a sauce or salt. It just opened so work in progress. Our friend ordered the Vodka Pasta and it was quite good! I’d say 8 something from one bite. Bae Section: Got the Burrata and Prosciutto Salad. For a salad, I was hoping for a bit more greens but the quality of the prosciutto was so good I let that slide lol. The Burrata was also very good and the bread very fresh and soft, easy to tear and dip. Follow me on IG: Eats_By_Puig

Despite it absolutely pouring rain outside and the restaurant being incredibly busy our experience at Cotto e Crudo Enoteca was fantastic and completely worth the wait. The entire staff was working so hard and never missed a beat. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and l gave us an excellent pizza recommendation. The food came out surprisingly fast considering how packed the restaurant was. Everything was delicious! Fresh, hot and flavorful and every dish we ordered was outstanding! I’m already talking about what to try when my boyfriend is back in town from work so I can take him with me. A special thank you to the manager for taking the time to stop by our table and check on us. That personal touch, combined with the exceptional service and amazing food, made for a memorable dining experience. We can't wait to come back!

Great spot with great food and ambiance! Came here for lunch with my fiancée and had a great time. We ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana and the Quinoa and Farro salad for appetizers. Both were very tasty. For mains, I ordered the Tacchino sandwich and my fiancée had the Margherita pizza. Both were also very good. Make sure to bring an appetite because all the plates are huge!

My wife and I live this place. Great sandwiches, pizzas and pasta. Perfect place to sit outside and have a glass of wine. Pro-tip build your own chicken parmesan. They have excellent milanese and very fresh ingredients.

The food was amazing. We ordered the cacio e pepe pasta and the crudo panuozzo — both were heavenly. The service was absolutely worth it. Travis was so friendly and kind. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Such a great experience! I came here with my family for dinner, and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. All of the food tasted incredibly fresh, but the standout for me was the carbonara—it was super authentic and delicious. What really made the night, though, was the service. Travis went above and beyond to be accommodating for our group. Seven stars all around!
