Bollo Woodfired Pizza

Pizza was delicious, fresh and ready so fast! Crust was perfect too. Don't pass up that tiramisu... It was superb. Very friendly staff and the atmosphere was nice (fitting for a great family dinner, outdoor date, or catching sports at the bar area.

I was in the mood for wood-fired style pizza and decided to give Bollo a try. The pizza was very good. Great ratios of sauce/cheese/crust. The crust was also nice and crispy (just what I was in the mood for)! For dessert, I got the trio and tried the Limoncello Cake, Tiramisu, and Chocolate Cake. Very impressed with the freshness! The Limoncello was a nice subtle option with a light lemon flavor. The chocolate cake was super moist! The tiramisu was decent, just wished it had more coffee flavor. For both the tiramisu and chocolate cake, there was an obvious Hersey Chocolate drizzle on them that took away from the great flavors and cheapens them. I’d suggest asking for them to hold that sauce or put it on the side. Overall Score: 8.8/10

We were looking for a casual Italian spot to sit outside and enjoy the last weekend of Houston spring. Carlos was a kind server as we ordered 2 items to split: the carbonara pasta and pollo pesto pizza. We loved the freshness of the pasta and the pizza dough. We liked our dishes but next time would try a different pasta and pizza.

This place was so nice and had the pizza was soooo delicious. We will come again to try the rest of the menu. They were also fast and we did not need to wait. I got a picture of the last piece of pizza because I only remembered to take the picture after we ate all of it 😋

Delicious Wood-Fired pizza. I've been coming here for years and they're one of my favorite places in Houston for authentic pizza. They even have vegan options with vegan cheese and gluten-free crust. Definitely try the hummus!! Amazing service and lovely ownership!

Bollo is hands down my favorite pizza spot in Houston, and I’ve tried a lot of places around the city. Their wood-fired crust is on another level - light, perfectly charred, and just the right amount of chew. You can taste the quality in every bite. The pizzas are always fresh and full of flavor, but I also recommend the calamari. It’s cooked just right and makes a great start to the meal. If you’re looking for real, wood-fired pizza done right, Bollo is the place.

Alessandro provided an amazing experience for even more amazing food. Everything was beyond phenomenal. Greek salad, linguine carbonara, cotto funghi Bianca pizza, pistachio/raspberry/mango gelato.

I had a great experience here! I tried three different pizzas and all of them were delicious. You can really taste the difference with the wood-fired oven—it gives the pizza a great flavor and perfect texture. The atmosphere is also very nice and comfortable, especially for a casual night out. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for quality pizza!
