If you truly love your pet and they are dealing with a serious or severe health issue, I would not recommend coming here. I decided to visit this clinic because one of my kittens was having a severe reaction on his face and ears, and it seemed like something serious. I needed a trustworthy veterinarian, and a friend recommended this place, which gave me confidence to come in. The staff and assistants were genuinely kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate their customer service. However, my experience with the veterinarians was disappointing. During my first visit with Dr. Hussain Ashraf, my kitten was examined, but I was not given any clear answers about his condition. I was prescribed some pills and wipes and told to return in seven days to see if there was any improvement. After seven days, my kitten wasn’t better—in fact, he was worse. The condition had become much more severe and had spread around his eyes, ears, and forehead, and his chin was significantly worse. What really alarmed me was how indifferent the veterinarian, Dr. Sam (Muhammad Sarmad), seemed during the visit. The examination felt very superficial and, in my opinion, not thorough given how serious my kitten’s condition was. He told me he didn’t know what my cat had, and it didn’t make sense to me that he couldn’t even have a clear idea of what it might be. I was then given an estimate of over $400, but this wasn’t for treatment. It was only for diagnostic tests to try to determine what my kitten might have. Because of this, I decided not to move forward and sought a second opinion at another veterinary clinic. There, they properly examined my kitten, provided appropriate treatment, and were able to identify the issue without requiring expensive additional tests. I ended up paying significantly less than what I was quoted here just to find out what my kitten had. Overall, I felt the pricing at this clinic was overpriced, and it honestly made me feel like the focus was more on generating money rather than genuinely caring for and treating my kitten, which was very disappointing and sad. While I don’t think this is a bad clinic, I would recommend exploring other options if your pet is dealing with a serious or complex health issue. In my experience, this place felt more suited for routine care like vaccines or minor concerns. For more critical conditions, I would suggest finding a veterinarian who takes a more thorough and solution-focused approach.

Bingo Veterinary Care has been wonderful. The veterinarians and technicians take the time to explain everything clearly and provide a lot of education about what is going on with my dog. I appreciate that they break things down in a way that is easy to understand and help me make informed decisions without pressuring me into anything. Everyone is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about the animals they treat. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve brought my dog here.

The absolute best vetinary i have ever gone too besides my use to be vet when I lived in California. They genuinely care about thier the dogs and other animals that come through that door. I highly recommend them. So glad my nieghbor sent me to them. Best experience ever.

When we first started bringing our 5-year-old chihuahua mix to Bingle Vet, the service and staff seemed great. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill once our dog started having health issues that required testing. The front desk staff are completely clueless and rarely seem to know what they’re talking about, and they can’t provide clear information about anything. It felt like once tests were involved, the quality of care declined significantly. We spent a lot of money and it honestly feels like we just threw it down the drain. They could never give us a proper diagnosis and instead kept throwing medication after medication at our dog hoping something would work — but nothing ever did. What’s frustrating is that we took our dog to another vet and they were able to diagnose him in one visit. On top of that, our dog was always extremely anxious whenever we went to Bingle Vet. The technicians even said they had to muzzle him because he supposedly snapped at them. However, at the new vet he was calm the entire time and never showed any signs of aggression. He was also allowing the Dr and his technicians to pick him up without any hesitation. Overall, our experience was disappointing and very frustrating. We trusted them with our baby and spent a lot of money without ever getting real answers. If you have the ability to spend a little more money take your fur babies to someone who will actually care.

Let me tell you this has been the most impressed that I’ve been with a business and a very, very, very long time. I just moved to the neighborhood, googled this Veterinarian and decided to give it a try. I could not be more satisfied with the entire staff! A biggg shout out to the amazing Dr. Vaughn!! He is truly outstanding and a very smart doctor who educates you on your pet’s condition. I brought in my litter of five Yorkies and he knew exactly how to handle my situation. Dr. Vaughn genuinely goes above and beyond for your pets! I can actually say each staff member really cares about the health and condition of your pet. The clinic is super clean and well kept, and I would encourage anyone to visit this facility.

Haley is by far THE BEST receptionist Bingle vet has ever hired. 1. She truly cares about the patients and the pet parents and listens attentively to get correct 2.She does NOT speak to me in a condescending but sweet manner as previous receptionists have. 4. She is THE SWEETEST and All your receptionist need to learn from her about how to speak to pet parents and on how to bring info to vets and to relay info. Please get her accredited through AHAA and certified as a veterinary receptionst. She deserves a raise! She helped me with Esther who had pus in her stool. I was also able to talk about my other dogs bad behavior and to se rid it s nutritional deficiency that we can supplement or just correct the behavior. She went to Dr. Sam who is also amazing and who saw Esther last for her UTI from her heat cycle. The staff they have currently is AMAZING!! She is so kind! God bless you Haley!

I have been bringing my pets to Bingle Veterinary Clinic for many years. Today, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my dog down. During the process, while I was giving my dog treats and saying goodbye, the veterinarian injected the sedative without clearly telling us it was being administered at that moment. I did not realize what was happening until my dog began to lose balance and struggle. This was already one of the most painful experiences of my life, and the lack of communication made it even more distressing. In such a vulnerable moment, I believe pet owners deserve clear guidance about each step of the process so they can be emotionally prepared. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves communication during end-of-life care for families going through such a devastating time. Also want to say Brandon the veterinary technician is so awesome

I just want to give a big THANKYOU to Dr. Vaughan and his fantastic staff for the excellent care they have given us! We had an emergency with our little pup, and from the minute we walked through those doors I knew she was in good hands. The staff was warm and friendly, and the level of care they provided was top notch. The clinic was spotless, Dr. Vaughan was amazing and our little Princess is back on track.
